The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to all shops and restaurants and the view was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and had our room ready when we arrived. It was cold and rainy outside on the day we came but the heat was on, and the room felt very comforting to walk into.

The toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fastened to the wall, but that could easily be fixed.

The location was excellent, just a block away from the ferry terminal. Since we were due to arrive late in the day, the staff left our room unlocked for us and left messages with information at our phone and sent messages via e-mail. The room was clean and comfortable

The smoke alarm in the room was hanging by some wires. We were staying just for one night, but there should have been more toilet paper. There was just the end of a roll, and no more toilet paper available. The room was extremely warm. We looked everywhere for a thermostat, but could not find it. Then, the following morning, we discovered it by the floor, just behind the leg of a table. There should be information regarding the location of the thermostat on the door, just as they had left, kindly and efficiently, the information about wifi.

On route to a family wedding on Sunshine Coast, location superb, 2 mins on foot to shops, bars and facilities, parking good, only 10 minute drive out and U-turn back to ferry port, only confusion was the Motel had different name up when we arrived as it is a film location for a TV series, so we even got to sleep on a film set. Happy Days.

Wanted to stay another night!

Bed was so comfy & had soft pillows. Good powerful shower. Toiletries provided too which was a nice touch. Easy flexible check in & check out. Kind staff. Very quiet location. Room was super warm & cosy. Ample parking. Has everything we needed. The locals were so friendly too & Horseshoe Bay is stunning.

The property is in an excellent location. It has parking which is a huge plus. The beds were comfy and we were given plenty of towels. The owner/manager was lovely and available for all our needs.

Less furniture in the room would make it a bit more comfortable, as there were very little space for suitcases.

The furniture and the bathroom are beautiful. I love the fact that the shower has a grab bar.

Someone was smoking marihuana at 5 a.m. and I smell that in my room. Additionally, the window needs better curtains since they hardly cover the window.

Hotel is closest motel to Horseshoe Bay Ferry. Easy access to walk around.

When we checked in some guy checked us in, didn't have the key for our room, was kind of confusing and ended up giving us another room. Owner/manager wad not there.

This is an older motel that is well maintained and clean. Nothing fancy but it was the perfect solution as it was close to the wedding we were attending. We stayed one night. The staff were very friendly.

the bed was a little firm for my liking.

No air conditioning, only fans in the room.
