I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional front desk staff. During my recent stay, I accidentally left my portable hard drive in my room after checking out. To my relief, I received a prompt call from the front desk informing me about the forgotten item. The staff member's quick action and attention to detail not only ensured the safe return of my valuable hard drive but also showcased the outstanding service and care that the hotel provides to its guests. This experience truly highlighted the professionalism and dedication of the staff, making my stay even more memorable.

Very large room so it didn’t feel cramped with all our belongings. We chose a pet friendly room with a kitchenette. If and when we come back we will hope to have the same room. The room opened up to a courtyard with seating and grass yard for kids and dog . Mall right across the street with lots of food options and gas stations for late night snacks. Staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us a voucher for Tim Hortons breakfast for each nights stay. Was about 30$ each morning in breakfast savings for 4 of us.

My first experience with this hotel was phenomenal. No exaggeration, the room was actually more than I expected. Having a room with a patio was great. As for the actual room, it was very well kept. There was no odour, carpets were very well kept and all in all, a comfortable experience. The TV was a nice size and had lots of channels to choose from. A few downs were that the shower head looks like it was 10 years old and was not adjustable. In addition, the toilet was extremely low to the ground and whereas it may be good for families with children but it was very uncomfortable for adults. Other than this I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

No elevator!

Breakfast was a voucher for Tim Horton's, we only used it the first morning. The pool was small but decent, staff were friendly and helpful. The fridge in our room was bigger than expected, and had a good freezer. A/C kept up with the heat nicely. A mall with a grocery store and a drugstore were right across the street, and the downtown touristy area was only a few minutes away. WiFi was good, and I was able to connect with my laptop. There was a designated smoking area with seating on the property, and my companion spent time there chatting with other smoking guests.

The hot tub needed cleaning, it sat still and covered when not in use, so the filter system wasn't quite effective at clearing up stagnant water. We had problems with 2 sets of key cards to our room, which wouldn't have been a big deal except for all the stairs to go back & forth to the office

Good facilities, pool and hot tub, fridges and coffee machine in room big spacious rooms with comfy beds. Washrooms were very clean.

Cant open the windows in the room, it was really hot while we were there and whilst the air con unit helped, it would've been nice to open the window. We were only given a breakfast voucher for one of our 2 nights.

The bed's were very comfortable and the bedding and towels new and good quality. The room was very clean, a good size with 2 queen beds. Shower was hot and plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee on offer. A microwave and refrigerator if you needed it and a personal balcony to our room with table and chairs. A great motel type of accommodation, a little far out of the town if you don't have a car but still a reasonable location. 5 min walk back up from Molly 's so ok in the dry. Bus stops close by both ways but make sure you read the timetable at the stop, it's different than online. Fresh fruit & cookies on offer in reception which was a nice touch.

Breakfast for us was a bit of a chore. They gave us vouchers for Tim Hortons nearly 4 blocks away which would have been fine if we'd had a car, but we didn't. Luckily, the sun shone for our whole trip so we didn't mind. Our light would not switch off so we just unplugged it.

Clean spacious room but had to change as it was on upper floor with two flights of steep stairs which were impossible for me to do without excessive knee pain ... New room was good on ground floor

Travelers should be warned ...NO ELEVATOR ...two long flights of steep stairs to reach upper floor. As I have difficulty walking ..I am 84 ...the stairs were a nightmare and I had to pay more to be placed on ground floor. The bed was exceptionally high in ground floor room and my partner had to assist me to get on to the bed

Overall everything was fine; the parking was available, the location was accessible, staff were very friendly and helpful. The sleeping space was clean and appropriately spacious for the price - the mattresses were firm, which I prefer but others might find them uncomfortably so.

The bathroom facilities need improvement; the showerhead needs replacement as the pressure is uneven. There was no bathroom fan, which was disappointing. The sink floor tiling could be redone and the walls should be painted, as the visible aging creates the impression of a lack of cleanliness. Having said that, the facilities were actually satisfactorily clean - they're clearly well-kept by the staff, but past their expiry dates.

Breakfast at Tim Hortons for a vouch worth around 6-10 dollars per person. Great swimming pool and hot tube, the gym equipment is surprisingly new for a hotel at this price point. My room is newly renovated, two new led TV, one 65+ and one 43, the bed is very comfortable and the bedding + room is clean. The pull out sofa is big and will fit two person in comfort. Definitely better stay at Gibson than a local Airbnb at the fall/winter price.

Parking little far from my room on second level, it takes few rounds before we can move all the stuff

Staff was awesome. Very friendly. Loved the treats in the office and the complimentary breakfast at Tim Hortons.

We couldn't open any windows for fresh air in our room as well as having to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. We're seniors and my wife has a walking disability and it was very hard on her. There should be rooms offered on the ground floor at the same rate for people who have a hard time managing the stairs...
