It's a perfect location for a stop-over on your way up to Lund and Savary Island. Heidi's place is spotless, very comfortable (the bed is wonderfully comfy) and her breakfast is really tasty, I especially loved the big bowl of fresh fruit. Heidi is welcoming, the breakfast table in her kitchen has great sea views and we really enjoyed chatting with her over breakfast. Can also recommend the handy Wobbly Canoe restaurant 100yds up the road dinner, especially on a balmy summers evening.

There was nothing to dislike! Our room was at the back of the house, so not as light and airy as the seaview rooms at the front, but that was not an issue as we were only staying for one night.

the breakfast was great & accomodated my early hour. It was well thought out. The complimentary sherry in the lobby was a nice touch & I used it. The check in was easy. The bed was comfy. Thanks for everything.

1) The shower! The shower head needs to be changed. Is only good for hair washing . Doesnt reach the body! Was frustrating ! I had to finish up in the sink! (2) There are several little lights that stay on at night from the appliances & electronics & light switches that flicker. In this small room it was difficult to go to sleep & sleep masks bother me. If you like a sleep mask, by all means, do use one. There is a saying when setting up guest rooms; be your own guest & stay in it yourself & use the facilities, shower etc.

The room and bed were comfy, Heidi was very friendly and easy to get in touch with, and the breakfast was good. It was convenient that it was brought down for me every evening (I was up early for work each morning I stayed) so I didn't have to worry about finding breakfast somewhere else before work.

The vents/air circulation in the room were kind of noisy but I got used to it after a couple nights.

our room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was very good, all amenities were very clean. Great to have a small fridge and coffee/tea making in the room. It was a great location, close to Sechelt (we were attending a writers festival). The large deck looking out on the water front was lovely. Choice of breakfast items (and times) much appreciated great. The host, Heidi, was very responsive and welcoming (loved that we could pour ourselves a glass of sherry as we arrived).

the highway traffic was heavy during the day but quiet in the evening and night. more cooking facilities would have been great but we appreciated that this was a B&B and we had access to a microwave in the shared hallway.

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, loved all of the added little touches like the blankets, cushions and lights out on the front deck so that we could sit out and enjoy the beautiful evening and sunsets. The room was stocked with teas, coffees, etc, plus the bathroom had everything you would need in case you forgot to bring you own supplies (shampoo, soap, etc). Our Host was very hospitable and also provided us with some information regarding places to visit during our stay. The overall B&B had a warm and welcoming feeling to it. Thank you.

Nothing really

The room was spacious with pretty much everything we needed. I appreciated there was tea available (as a non-coffee drinker). Breakfast was delicious and the host was friendly and easy to talk with. The location is amazing, right across from the ocean.

It would have been nice to have a comfy chair but other than that it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. We were provided with everything we needed, and more. The breakfast was most delicious and plentiful. Heidi is a very gracious host and she gave us excellent tips for exploring the area. We’re hoping to be able to visit again!

I can not say enough good things about Davis Bay B&B, from the moment we arrived we loved this place, we stayed in the Aurora room and it was beautiful, so clean, spacious with a stunning view of the ocean, you are very close to lots of restaurants and bars and super cute antique stores, the breakfast was also amazing, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and toast. Highly recommend staying here, we Will definitely be visiting again.

Nothing bad to say was all exceptional

Heidi, the homeowner was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic and it held me all day which was good because I spent the day hiking. Heidi's hiking recommendations were very helpful - instead of doing one of the ones that she suggested, I did all three!

Since the property, and really all of the properties in this area are on the east side of the hiway, facing the water to the west - the drawback to having a water view is that it's also a hiway view with a lot of road noise. Nothing the property owners have any control over. Just a heads up.

I forgot to fill out my breakfast request, so the owner reminded me. They offer the option of collecting a tray to bring back to your room (my choice), versus a communal breakfast, qand the owner was kind enough to bring it to my room for me. I also left an earring behind and they phoned me so I could come back and collect it. Comfortable bed, kind people.

The property has not much curb appeal, but the room was very comfortable so don't let that hold you back. There is also as separate entrance for privacy, which I appreciated.
