It’s nice and big and has lots of things

On checkout day, they inspected the room and claimed I had taken a bathrobe that was never there since my check-in. They held me up for quite a while, checking with other departments and wanting to charge me for something I didn’t take. Additionally, the hotel was very crowded, and I had to wait a long time for the elevator—there are only four, and they were always full, which is not enough for such a large building.

Location was exvellent for walking to restaurants/cafes and directly across road to theme park Spectacular views of bay and night lights from our balcony ( balcony furniture is needed) Taxis available right outside foyer, minimart 2 minute walk out front…. 5 min walk to atm’s Great spot

Air con …despite us altering by controller it never changed and nights ( in seperate bedrooms) were hot and sweaty. Kitchen only had kettle but a great fridge no cooking utensils/crockery (maybe ask for them- we used nearby restaurants) Carpets and furniture needed a deep clean But the plus was spacious apartment and amazing views

The hotel was comfortable, breakfast was sufficient, and the staff tried hard to please One of us in the group made a complaint about one of the serving staff at breakfast, after which the rest of the staff did their best to pacify the complaint. View and location was great, fortunately the roller coaster was not too noisy but in the night you can hear the noise from across the road from the bars.

Good location close to local restaurants, Sunworld amusement park & Ha Long Bay cruises port. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff

We came during national holiday and hotel was fully packed. There are only 4 mid size elevators for 32 floors hotel so it took ages to get a lift (we have go up with others to get down later being in the elevator already)

Spacious rooms. Nice view of the bay and amusement park. Close to restaurants. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Nice infinity pool and play area for kids. Extensive breakfast choices for Asian taste. Waitstaff was very attentive. We would stay here again next time in town.

Check out was slow. We requested to have our luggage picked up from our 2 rooms (we had 3 children under 7) but waited so long we ended up moving the luggage ourselves. The head receptionist apologized.

The view of the Halong Bay was excellent from hotel room. Breakfast was good. Very near to Bai Chay Harbour from where our cruise started. Sunworld is just across the road, entire Sunworld was visible from the hotel room. Price was also reasonable. We had a very nice stay. There are three hotels in the same names adjacent to each other, so got bit confused while arriving.

Nothing as such.

We got the family suite, which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small living room and a small kitchenette (with a stove that could not be turned on though). Having two bathrooms is really convenient when you have three tweens/teens! Having a total of 3 TVs is also very helpful for staying in after a long day. Bathroom is well-stocked with your basic necessities too: Toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, comb, razor, soap, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion! Towels are clean and fluffy (no weird smell, yay!). The place was clean and comfortable in general, with a lovely view of the Sun World Dragon Park, the beach some distance away, and the city lights beyond it. We spent some time on the balcony to enjoy the lovely natural weather and the view.

Airconditioning feels a bit iffy - it either runs really cold or is really warm and stuffy (and seems to be not working). The optimum temperature/settings seems to be at 20 degrees and maximum fan speed, which ends up feeling way too cold for comfort. We also had to change our key cards twice because they just stopped working a day later.

We had very nice view of the roller coaster in the amusement park and view of Ha Long Bay. There were numerous eateries within easy walking distance. The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a wide range of choices, mostly aimed at Asian guests.

It's not a 5-star hotel by international standard.

Very clean, modern

Not too much to do around the area besides a theme park for kids and Halong bay cruise not too far

It was way too loud in the evening and at night because of the loud music, heavy bass from the bars at the beach
