We were two families in a three-room apartment, it was excellent and suited us very well. There is a safety fence at the end of the stairs - critical when there are toddlers and babies. The kitchen is also equipped with a set of children's utensils. The pool is excellent. The playground is very nice. The apartment itself is charming, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and cozy.

-The beds are very very uncomfortable. Unreasonably soft. We slept very badly throughout our stay. The worst beds we have ever slept on. -Bad towels, small and uncomfortable. To get more towels you have to pay 8 euros per towel!. Bring towels from home. -The bakery that was and the grocery store are not enough. Expensive and not stocked

The fact that the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is close to Maastricht town centre but quiet at night time, which is essential for me as I’m an extremely bad sleeper! Our family can be together rather than being scattered in different hotel rooms. That we can park our car next to the house unlike Maastricht itself, which is a nightmare for parking!

There were mosquitoes and other insects which spoiled eating our meals outdoors! The bed mattresses are much too soft and bouncy! The pillows are extremely poor quality, so as we have a car, I brought my own. No fans available, so we boiled at night!

Superb holiday village. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped. Over 5 playground, swimming pool, local shop, pub, restaurant and fast food. The kitchen is very practical for those with kids, or love cooking. Close access to nearby local supermarkets e.g. Jumbo. In addition, Carrefour in Belgium is only 20 min drive. There is plenty of activities and amazing places within 90 min drive in Maastricht and the area, Germany, Belgium, from the caves in Valkenburg, Discovery Museium, to mountains in Monschau, Germany and Castles in Belgium. 2 Aqua Mundo holiday parks within a short drive that offer daily pass. We have been multiple times in different seasons and will certainly return again.

Pillows and the bedding needs upgrading, some minor issues like worn edges etc, but nothing that was not tolerable. During last stay, we noticed that there was a large scale refurbishment taking place.

the house had everything we need and the little neighborhood was great. i loved the bike rental, snack bar, playgrounds, the fact we could ride in to the city.

i wish there were more washing machines and towels to use for the pool, we didn't bring our own so we had to use the same one we did for the showers but since you don't have your own washing machine this can be annoying.

The whole resort is immaculate from the houses to the streets, absolutely no faults to be found. The beds are so comfortable, actually more comfortable than my own. The houses are well equipped and would have loved to have stayed for an entire week. An absolute gem of a place to stay and will definitely be back.

The only flaw was the cost in the on site supermarket and snack bar. I appreciate that you'll always pay a bit more in on-site facilities but €3.10 for a 500ml bottle of water from the snack bar is a bit extortionate.

Very clean & great facilities (shop, spa, restaurant and neat landscaping, parking)

The cottage had a lovely fireplace but we couldn’t buy wood anywhere & we had to buy cleaning products, trash bags, etc which was a pity as everything else was great. Oh yes, and we booked the place with our dog to get away from fireworks because it’s advertised as a “no fireworks” park. This is not true, it was crazy.

Clean, well equipped though would be more helpful to have laundry in each unit as 2 washing machines for the whole complex is not enough. Location good, rental of bikes is good, pool was fun, property nice to walk around.

The beds were far too soft and some of the party ended up sleeping on the floor. The restaurant was understaffed for dinner and hardly had any of the items we ordered left.

Clean, well-presented and well-located option to stay in Maastricht. The property had everything we needed and met our expectations.

Considering the cost of staying here, it would have been good if we had enough supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags for our stay, rather than having to purchase ourselves.

Nice and spacious holiday home with all that you need. Easy check in and check out. I didn’t try the pool and the spa, looks amazing! The area is very nice.

- Bed is very soft like a water bed. Not an issue to me but yes for my hubby who is used to harder bed - The bus stop is quite far walk (15 minutes). Suggestion: quick free shuttle would be nice!

Overall atmosphere, green & relaxing layout of the resort made for an instant enjoyment. Accomodation was of a higher standard than you average resort.

Couch had a filthy massive stain and we lost some time on getting the central heating fixed.
