Didn't have a lot of undesireable people hanging around the area

I checked in with 3 people there was only enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people. The check in day I went and got some more towels from the front office, the additional 2 days when the maids cleaned the room they only left enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people.

Convenient location. Terrific Staff!! Clean rooms

Disappointed with the adjoining restaurant. We did have a neighbor who partied loud but not the staff's fault, and they did what they could to quiet our neighbors. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral the next morning, so we just were not happy with loud neighbors after midnight.

I come here often when I am visiting Santa Ana. Its a great stay and there is aplenty to dine at and do at the Westfield mall. Its also next to the Discoverry cube so its perfectr if your visiting with family. Thanks for the stay!

Security. The people patrolling at night is comforting.

The Front desk could be a little more friendlier. Not very welcoming. Helpful but, too stern. Need to at least say welcome to Red Roof. With a lot of Hotels to pick from. It's always good to be nicer to leave a lasting impression. The Security guards are awesome! Very friendly and professional as well as housekeeping. Overall the Hotel itself is very comfortable.

I liked how the room didn't have cracks as some of the other reviews mentioned. The walls seemed freshly painted, the bed didn't have signs of bugs, and the overall room seemed cleaner than what the price would suggest.

I didn't like how the bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom. I did not like how the shower took long to reach hot water and that the temp control was switched (cold gave hot water, hot gave cold water).

There was no breakfast. Just coffee

We were right next to a conference room where they had a meeting until 10 pm and it was noisy in our room. Also, our TV didn’t work. Staff tried to fix it, but wasn’t successful

Majority of Front desk staff are not very welcoming except Front desk staff, Andrea. The security personnel at night are friendly. We felt safe.

Manager and the young lady at the front desk are both super nice caring people Going through hardships right now and they have made our stay exceptional

Location, Cleanliness

The photos of Booking. com showed rooms without carpet on the floors. I don't like carpet because they are never clean and always smell bad. My room had carpet, which was the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, everything was great!

I appreciated the clean room and grounds. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Nice large t.v.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
