It is the perfect location for us to stop on our way to our daughter's and son-in-law's in Dothan Alabama. Exit 4 is an easy in and out. We went to breakfast at 8 o'clock, and all of the cinnamon rolls were gone, so I was disappointed. Last week when we stayed there, the buffet was out of bacon and eggs, so my husband was disappointed. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. I asked about getting the French toast refilled, and he said it would be a few minutes, so we waited. When our kids were little, we used to stop there on our way to Alabama, and there canned peaches and there was fresh fruit--big delicious strawberries, and fresh pineapple. I would be happy to have that again. Last week when we stayed, there, there was carpet on the floor, and it smelled damp in the room; however, when we stayed last night, there was a nice new wood floor that was lovely. My husband and I were just saying when we got home tonight that the motel rooms should have a recliner so that we can relax and rest before we go to bed. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well, which we appreciated.

We need a recliner in the room. The comfort Inn in Springfield, Illinois always had a recliner in their rooms that we really appreciate us.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. All of the staff would say good morning, have a nice day, even if we just were passing them on the way to our room. Our room was right next to the pool, and we loved it. The free breakfast was amazing and the area looked really clean.

The only thing I would have liked different is in the bathroom there were spiders (I killed two) and mildew was around the tub and on the walls and ceiling. There were a couple of long hairs in the bathtub when we arrived. The bathroom could use a good make over. We stayed in room 164.

The room was clean very accommodating. Did not see pet friendly until we got there I am allergic to dogs. All pet free rooms were taken so they were kind enough to vacuum a 2nd time in the room they gave which worked thankfully as they were sold out. Indoor pool and sauna that was open and not over chlorinated to the point of making your eyes burn just walking by. Overall happy with accommodations

Went to breakfast 2nd morning and the buffet had scraps left and was taking a long time to refill. Part of which were rude breakfast goers that took a full plate of bacon and left crumbs. The rudeness of others is not their fault. But the other 2 mornings were perfect.

The staff were super polite and kind to us the lady at the desk was patient and had a great sense of humor The beds were very comfortable plenty of comfy pillows The room was super clean, I'm a clean freak and didn't have to clean anything and that says a lot My family loved it here We had breakfast and the server lady was super kind and even came over to see if our little boy needed anything I didn't see the cereal section and she just was awesome, she had the best smile hhaha This place was awesome and I super appreciate all of you guys for making our stay comfortable

Everything was perfect nothing bad to say.

This was the second hotel we went to in Tennessee it was very nice there was a lot of kids in the pool area I think kids should be not allowed in the pool area after 8:00 so that adults can have time without children around a lot of kids playing in the sauna and getting in the hot tub that were under 16 the breakfast buffet was great the staff was really nice they stayed stocked up on the food the bartender was really nice she made us a couple of margaritas they were very good the staff at the front desk were very helpful they had a map for us it was easy to check in and check out we like this one a lot better than the holiday Inn we stayed at in memphis just think after evening time there should be a no children in the lobby so adults dont have to fight kids to use the pool sauna or hot tub but other than that it was awesome we will be coming back next month thank you

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the grits, biscuits, sausage and gravy. We also ate at the Atrium Restaurant the night before after a LONG drive. The young man who waited on us was exceptional. My wife enjoyed the catfish fillets and I enjoyed a nice sized rib eye steak. The rolls tasted like homemade. We had the place virtually to ourselves, whichrat race. was nice during the holiday rat race. When the batteries weren't working on our TV remote the manager quickly and cheerfully replaced them. A nice person who clearly his work. Sinks worked and shower was great - real 80's ceramic tile! :) No bugs and the room smelled fresh! Beautiful central courtyard right outside our room! Nice outdoor and indoor pool plus hot tub.

The room was a little dated, but very clean. The proximity to our vehicle could have been better. Otherwise very little to dislike here. Sad that more people weren't at the Atrium Restaurant. Not flashy, but good food!

The breakfast was simply excellent! Homemade biscuits and gravy, bacon and scrambled eggs. Plentiful fruit tray. They even had grits! Also milk, orange juice, and apple juice. Hostess filled out coffee twice! Highly recommend!!

The restaurant in the hotel had limited hours 5-8 PM. That was sad because the food was excellent! They were short staffed and struggling to keep it open. This is sad because we enjoyed eating there after a long day of driving! A throwback to a different era of conference centers that had everything.

The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. They make sure you have plenty of towels in the room and I really liked the flooring not being carpet. Really leads to a more comfortable stay because you can see that the floors are clean and don't feel like you have to put shoe on to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

The only issue that I saw at all was there was never any towels in the pool area but it was very busy and I can understand how they couldn't keep up.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were superb; I truly appreciated the care they showed to my mother. I was shocked and disappointed that I was not able to take my mother her breakfast to her in the room🥲. I was not aware there were no elevators, otherwise I would have requested to be on the lower level for us both

No Boiled eggs. The servers were bring it out hot, but it got cold to quickly. There was no ironing board in our room, but because we had adjoining rooms we used the one in the other room The hours for the pool/hot tub were disappointing.

Indoor spa, pool, dining on sight. I really like the old type hotels The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Our first room 200 was horrible. as there was a mechanical sound coming from the service hallway between our unit and room 201. Sounded like a pressure washer running on and off. It was lucky that they had another room to move us to so we didn't have to deal with this all night long. Even though they moved us to 214, we could still hear that machinery running from time to time.
