We loved everything about this hotel. Especially how attentive the staff were and how kind they were to our daughter. The food was delicious, I have allergies and found everything clearly labelled and had no issues finding plenty of options. The pools were perfect and having an ocean view from them was even better.

I think it would be truly wonderful if they made the rooms, including the balcony areas smoke free. I dont really want to be at such a beautiful location and smelling someone else's awful vlsecond habd smoke.

The suite was big, bed was comfortable. Live music for dinner every time, had a fantastic time and felt treated very well.

The room needs a refresh, it's quite worn and stained. They could not even fix the telephone during our 3 day stay. Out of all Radisson hotels I've been to, this was the shabbiest. Clearly 600 per night is about 2x or 3x what it's worth.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The pool area was well maintained. The view for the ocean and garden was incredible. The breakfast had huge and quality variety. The service was always on point. We also tried out the bufet dinner, we did not disappoint.

The bed was really uncomfortable, too soft, you could drown in it. In the middle it was falling apart all the time. There was low attention to details, like the bin and the bathroom hardwares were broken the walls were dirty. The outside hottub was also no well maintened, we only used once. Privacy was not a thing, only a closed door made us apart from the noisy neighbours. Only adult places are makes so much sence for people who go to relax. The railings were also being renovated while we were there, the whole day of machine grinding was very disturbing. The pool table was not working.

The hotel was a dream come true, a perfect slice of paradise. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. The pool area was wonderful and had a lot of spaces tucked away under the palm trees and the gym had good equipment. Breakfast in their sunny terrace was always wonderful and included a buffet with everything you could wish for.

The only suggestion we have is some hooks in the bathroom to hang large towels and bathrobes. Also we thought the rooms were not always cleaned thoroughly. Towels are changed daily and I believe would be better to implement a system whereby the client decides when they need changing to look after our planet a little more.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the location was excellent. The dinner service was a highlight of my stay, with a different themed menu each night—ranging from BBQ to Seafood to Asian—which added variety and excitement. There is also a Spar market in the Hotel what was great.

I would have loved to see the same approach applied to breakfast, which felt more repetitive in comparison. A rotating or themed breakfast menu could really enhance the overall dining experience. Also the bed was advertised as a double, but it was actually two singles pushed together with a mattress topper on top. Unfortunately, there was always a gap between the beds, and the soft topper didn’t help—if you moved during the night, you’d end up sinking into the middle.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, nice garden with palm trees offering shades, grate location overlooking the ocean and at walking distance from beaches, bus stop is also conveniently located within walking distance, cosy spa, lovely spacious and clean room (suite) and as a bonus a complimentary room after check-out to get changed and shower before leaving for the airport. Handy Spar supermarket inside the hotel. All staff were really kind and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

It would have been nice to have a basic kitchen kit with a cloth, towel, a washing machine tablet .. when I asked the cleaning staff via a note to leave a tablet for the washing machine they said they didn’t have it. Shame because we only wanted to wash one load so it wasn’t worth buying a whole pack of powder or tablets.

It was a last minute booking because I cancelled the one I made previously but it turned out to be one of the best experiences I had on the island with accommodations. I think it was just a place that I needed right now: I can’t say that this hotel is the fanciest but its location, facilities, set up, food and just general calm vibe made my stay there very lovely and peaceful. The way they organize everything is very elegant: for example, they have music there and it’s mostly live, played by quite good musicians. It’s big enough to accommodate many guests but you don’t feel like it’s this enormous resort where you can loose yourself trying to find where is what. It is perfectly located between 3 nicest beaches and the area itself is very pretty. There is a supermarket in the hotel, so there’s basically everything you might need and at the same time it’s really nice and quiet. Nice balcony with sun beds and jacuzzi, view is fantastic! I usually like to explore new places but I already decided that I will definitely come back to this place.

Just a few things that don’t really change my impression but might be good to know: 1. This place is clean and in good condition but facilities are not new. It doesn’t look worn out though. 2. Mattress and pillows were very soft for me, but didn’t affect my sleep much. 3. Your room card is your access to the beach, so once you check out and give it to the reception back, you can’t go swimming in the sea unless you ask them to keep the card until you leave (I didn’t ask for it). 4. One of the waitresses in the morning was rude to me (only one, don’t remember the name), but the rest of the staff were really very nice and professional. 5. I missed a hanger to dry the towels on the balcony. I saw it on other balconies, so I suppose they would give it to me if I asked.

Room was great with good beds, lots of space and an amazing view from the balcony. We had 2 connected rooms so we had a table on the balcony and also the bath on the balcony which was great. Great breakfast in a very nice area. You can eat either inside or outside. The staff was wonderful. The kids liked the kids club and there are some things to do on walking distance.

The kitchen is convenient but not enough equipped (missing plates, pans etc). The bathrooms might need a refresh. They looked a little but too much used. The water of the outside pool was too cold to enjoy the pool properly (also combined with a too low outside temperature). There was hardly anyone in it which is a pity for such a nice pool.

The restaurant staff and reception staff super friendly, heated pool, close to the Anfi beach, shops, and restaurants. Spacious room. Fantastic sea view. Nice spa.

Staff super friendly, but occasionally left us waiting for longer than expected for bills when they were busy. Not a wide range of food selection as a 5 star hotel. I have been a few 5 star resorts and the food selection at this hotel is not comparable to the others unfortunately. I don't understand why we had to wait to be seated for buffet (maybe due to the number of tables they have?).

Beautifully situated; very clean; attentive and friendly staff.
