The hotel has an old-fashioned Grand Hotel Budapest type of vibe, especially with all the facilities like spa, pool, bakery in the hotel etc. I absolutely loved the quality of service, the care provided, and the experience of staying there. I'd definitely come back and would recommend it for the stay not only because it's comfortable and central, but because it has a special vibe and makes an experience special. I used their spa twice and it was a great experience! So do go for that massage, a swim, or a facial!

The downside is that the furniture is a bit old but comfy and not beaten down that much. The only thing that bothered me truly was the lack of shower curtain, since I was making a mess every time I was washing.

A very interesting hotel to be in, with a great restaurant, bakery/patisserie to sit for coffee and close to other restaurants. The room furnishings in the suite that we were in were very nice. Good customer service in general. Safe and convenient.

The pool was not available to use for us which was disappointing and when asking for spa services, was told that the person was not available until after noon. It could be because it was only available at certain times but we were not aware of this.

The staff, incompetent . Service not as per the name. The food not well prepared. The lamb cutlets too chewy. Had to ask for butter. Mustard ..lack of training . The prices are too expensive..through out. From local beer, water , etc..

The staff, service and facilities were exceptional. I also loved the location, right in the city centre and a minute away from the presidential palace!

Spa is amazing and definitely worth a visit in Antananarivo, view is spectacular over the capital and very good location, overall good hotel with facilities, well cleaned with good hygiene, staff are kind and helpful and english is available

Hot water took a long time to come, room interior was less fancy than expected and needs some update

The hotel was fairly nice. The sauna and pool were the highlights. The gym is nicely equipped but I didn’t have a chance to use it. Also the breakfast omelettes were tasty and the assortment of natural juices. They are located near our favorite restaurants and a cool nightclub all in walking distance.

The pool opened later on the weekend. I was hoping to hit the gym at 8am on Saturday but it didn’t open until 10am. Also for the executive suite I was hoping robes and slippers would already be in the room but we had to ask for them.

Very nice and comfortable room. Great view of Tana. Staff were very friendly. Amazing bakery.

Bar prices were too high and was almost empty due to this. Only one towel provided for 2 guests. No plug socket near bed on either side.

Great Hotel in the centre. Historical building with a gym, spa, pool, restaurant, pastry shop and beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff are excellent, and treat you with so much respect and politeness. You can choose from a basic room if on a budget, right up to a modern or more luxurious room. They can organise a private driver to pick you up from the airport or take you anywhere you need to go.

All good. Hope the Hotel gets busier again once more incoming flights start to arrive in Tana.
