I have stayed at this hotel three times already, and I am always very satisfied. The staff is always polite and friendly, and they are ready to help with any request. I especially appreciated that, upon my request, they prepared an early breakfast just for me — that was very thoughtful. The hotel has a great location and offers a beautiful view from the window. I will definitely come back again!

The only downside is that the walls are very thin. Twice, I was unable to sleep well because of noise from guests in the neighboring room. I could hear almost everything happening next door. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

The front desk and the staff are absolutely incredible. They really care about you, your wel eing and the hotel. You won’t be able to resist their efforts to make you feel welcome and to make you smile. Great sales, great personality, lifting the hotelexperince to the highest level!

The culinary experience was exceptional, with a wide array of delectable options to choose from. Every morning, I eagerly looked forward to savoring the mouthwatering breakfast spread, which set the tone for the rest of my day. Overall, my experience at this establishment exceeded my expectations, and I can't praise it enough for its hospitality, cleanliness, and the unforgettable breakfast that made my stay truly exceptional.

The hotel is in the center of Edschiadsin and close to everything important, besides the Svartsnots ruins (which are out of town anyway). The room was spaceous and good for the price, so I can recommend it. The staff was super friendly, spoke English, and was able to help me with all my many requests.

The beds were bit small for my liking.

The hotel location is superb ,is very helpful, all you can have by waking distance ,the hotel is very comfortable, calm and very clean service and safe .the team is very helpful ready for anything you ask to help immediately and in best way of respect and organism.

The breakfast no variation and quantity is not enough ,it's not international .

Great location and staff.

Sound proofing needed in all the rooms you can hear every sound from the rooms either side. The showers are much too high and the toilet roll holders to low.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly especially Anna and Emma from the reception. Anna was so helpful and guided me through my stay and gave me places to visit and how to reach.even helped me to choose no pork items. Overall my stay was very good and I will come back again to this hotel in the future. I recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a calm, clean, and nice place to stay.

The last bus that goes to the hotel from Yerevan is from 10 to 10-30 PM. After that you have to take a taxi with 3000 to 4000 Drams and if you get more late you will pay more. There's no GYM near the hotel, the nearest one is 1KM away and opens at 4 clock.
