One of the best mid-range to upper-range quality hotels in the area. Superb service from the lovely staff. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, it's served in the rooftop bar which has great views. Great AC in the rooms. My room had a balcony overlooking the busy street. Taxis were always available right outside. Great location! A decent pool.

The corridors of the hotel and the pool area are open to the environment, i.e. at the same temperature and humidity as outside. Just be aware of that. Walking out of your room hits you with a wall of humidity! When we were there, there was no bar service by the pool (no food, no drink). But the season had just started.

They intially gave us room no 111 which was stinky Ac was not working and in pathetic condition. The next day we complained atleast 6 times AC is not working the staff used to come do something and say it will start but it didnt then we called the manager MR Deepak who instantly helped us change the room then the stay was wonderful

Really appreciated the warm staff. They were available and helpful. I travelled with a toddler and they were kind enough to allow an early check in and a late check out which was subject to the availability of course. The in-room dining experience in the morning if you haven't already booked a breakfast can be slightly off. But all in all, it was a good stay. Could have helped if there was a gym/fitness centre/garden.

The rooftop was The Best! Beautiful veiws and Sunsets. The staff were all very attentive and kind. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast spread was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Moumitta the girl working in the restaurant, she really looked after us above and beyond.

Staff were really helpful, breakfast variety was good, rooms were clean and stayed cool. Wi-Fi was also really good all over the hotel. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach

Unfortunately our room was a little noisy, you can hear traffic and people shouting on the side street.

1. Excellent location: The hotel is truly in the heart of Goa. It is surrounded by alll the famous restaurants of Goa. Beach is arround 500 meters walk. As it is on the main road, so all kind of conveyance is widely available throughout. 2. The Swimming Pool and The Atrium: They have a super clean and amazing swimming pool with a nice fountain on it. The water flowing from the fountain creates a very soothing sound effect in the entire atrium and in the corridoor. The open air ool side atrium is a great place to enjoy food and drink. 3. Breakfast: They serve good variety of items in the breakfast.

Could not find anything negetive in our full stay.
