Location was good, only 5 minutes walk into Cochem. The room and facilities were clean. The room was ensuite with walk in shower, had ample storage and was comfortable and quiet. We arrived on a day when check in/reception was closed but all the information we needed to access our room and parking for our motorcycle had been left available for us, also in English. Breakfast each morning offered ample choice. We were met each morning with a smile and friendly greeting. Biker friendly accommodation. Would definitely stay again if planning to visit Cochem.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would have been a welcome addition.

The breakfast was large with a wide arrangement of bread, boiled eggs, meat, smoked salmon, cheese and jam. There was also yoghurt, fresh juice and different kinds of fruit. The room was cosy and clean, perfect for our stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Cochem. There's a cable lift nearby to explore the hills and enjoy a beautiful view.

Great location, with free parking. The staff were very friendly. The room was a good size and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and varied.

There were curtains but they were a light colour. It would be good if there were black-out blinds or black-out curtains, the room was really too light in the morning.

Location, resturant and breakfast very good

Being asked to change tables on the terrace when it wasn't at all busy. Quite difficult to open a map and review it on a small table side by side. Quite an awkward moment as when the drinks arrived they would not serve us at the table we were sat on.

It was close to everything maybe 15 minute walk to the train station 15 minute walk to the castle across from it is a ski lift for s viewpoint of the area The reception woman & breakfast were lovely

The place had character. Lovely breakfast, plenty of variety to choose from and all tasted yummy. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Great value for money and walking distance of most tourist attractions and transport.

The breakfast was delicious, I loved our rooms and the location. I loved hanging out on the deck with my family! What a magical place! thank you!! :)

The stairs were hard for my mother, but that is no ones fault. The place was wonderful!

Well worth the money

The lady that ran the establishment was very helpful and tried her best to ensure we had a pleasurable stay.

Easy to find and great location. The food was amazing, we booked the evening meal option which was exceptional value. Very Germanic and the restaurant appears popular with the locals which is always a good sign. If you want to eat there (which I would!) you need to reserve a table when you make your room booking. Good shower. Lovely owner and friendly staff. We have very limited German language skills and these were needed but well worth it, enjoyable stay.

Very friendly owner who speaks English. Breakfast was great with a good choice. We had room no.2 with a balcony overlooking the chairlift, with a table & 2 chairs which was nice. Also a MX5 owner for 30 years, so we may return with some of our MX5 friends.
