Easily accessible from the Ohio Turnpike with lots of parking for our 20ft moving van. Also, walking distance from an excellent restaurant called Station Square, where we ate after arrival. And the restaurant gave us a discount because we were guests at the Hampton Inn.

Everything was fine except we couldn’t open the blinds in our room, but we would stay here again if we were going to do the same journey.

Everything in the room was very clean, for a pet friendly hotel, this means a lot of work to deep clean like this. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was diverse and nutritious and staff was very attentive to clean any spills, replenish foods, etc. Checkout was a breeze. All staff members were exceptionally professional and seemed relaxed at the same time.

Very close to I 80, yet quiet. The staff was super friendly and polite. All the common areas and the rooms are very clean. At breakfast, they provided sandwich bags to make snacks for the road.

The bathroom was very clean but a little worn. No decent place to eat nearby, although this is not the hotels fault.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The entire hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast is always good and well stocked, except we run out of the higher octane coffee often

Not one channel on the TV that shows westerns.

Clean, attractive facility and professional staff. Appeared to be very well run.

Front desk was not able to provide a final receipt when I checked out which I thought was strange. Front desk person said I would have to get it from Booking.com. If you're going to take a guest's credit card number for incidentals, then the guest should be able to see the final bill to make sure it's correct and dispute charges right away if necessary rather than having to do it afterwards. I say this b because I have been incorrectly charged for stuff I didn't use at other hotels.

You can really tell that the owners and staff care about their facility. Super clean, very friendly, great accommodations … & the Continental Breakfast just Enough! YUM ~ I would not hesitate to Stay here.

Was clean and comfortable with modern touches. Plenty of places to sit and plug in technology gadgets. Breakfast was good and complimentary. Front desk staff was very nice.

You could hear people walking on the floor above and if you stomped your foot on the floor it rattled the furniture. That was the only thing that we found a bit to our disliking. This would not stop us from staying here again.

Friendly staff, pet friendly accommodations, eco-friendly decor, pleasant shower, indoor pool, and delicious hot breakfast. Park within short walking distance. Convenient on and off highway location.

Being a weekend and a bit crowded, it would have been nice to have a sign telling people that the breakfast nook isn't a one-way line. Many people were waiting behind people waiting for waffles without realizing they could go around. Also, 2 waffle makers would have helped during the rush. In the room, I missed having a suitcase caddy - sorry I don't know the name, to put my suitcase on.
