A wonderful stay! The hotel offers a perfect blend of charm and comfort, with a beautifully maintained, romantic atmosphere. Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach and a lovely small city garden, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. While the room was a bit small, it had everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. Plus, when you’re here to relax, you don’t need much! Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and delightful retreat!

Definitely the location, the staff. I was happy to get a room with balcony. Honestly I cannot imagine we would spend 10 nights without it, because the room was really small.

It is not that I eould not like, but since we stayed ther for 10 nights I would prefer to have a bit broader selection for breakfast. For instance, there were every day scrambled eggs, no omelet, no fried egg, or still the same type of ham, what about mortadela. There was pretry broad selection of pastery but not every one likes that every day. Also, juices were a but cheap version..and coffee machine produced terrible coffee.

The facilities were new and modern. The staff were very friendly and kind, all of them. 10-15 minutes to walk from train station. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 2 minutes to the local bus station. The AC and wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staff very attentive.

The shower cabin was very very small. And there was a bit of an unpleasant odor in the toilet but that wasn’t really a huge issue. Other than that we loved out stay in here.

Location was very good. Not too far to walk from train station and just 3 blocks from the main street/promenade and fabulous stretch of beach! Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, with suggestions for restaurants, beach club. Very good breakfast! It's a great town - flat for easy walking/cycling/families - lots of shops and restaurants. Opposite a large park with shady trees.

All the beach is private - We are not used to that - but staff helped us to get a beach club spot. It was a bit tight for space to open luggage but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

It was simple/spotless and absolutely lovely staff - they had a “calmness “ about them and so friendly without overstepping the mark!! Excellent location and superb decor Also I would like to mention Enzo - he was the taxi driver that collected us from the airport-was so good we used him again to take us back ! He kept us informed all day as we had a very traumatic journey to get to Viarregio and he made sure he was there to collect us!! Would recommend him also

I had booked a deluxe single, on arrival I was allocated a double. The room was on the smaller side but of a good standard, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The public rooms are also tastefully decorated and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely patient with my attempts at speaking Italian. I would stay there again.

It felt like being at home. The staff were very welcoming especially Elisa and Marco. They sang happy birthday to me upon my checkin. I loved my room 11 with a balcony view of the street to watch locals go by. The breakfast spread was one to enjoy. 😊 I will definitely visit here again. Also the city tax is cheap here compared to Rome. I only paid 3 euros for 2 night stay.

It was the perfect size for one person. The staff was so kind and very accommodating. Every time I left to the beach I came back to a clean room. Breakfast every morning was so great! The location was just a few blocks from the beach and all the spots for good food. I especially appreciated that the hotel had a deal with Bagno Milano and I had a spot at the beach every day with no worries!

I loved everything about this hotel!

The first impression was that it’s beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms although small were adequate and had everything you needed, we had a balcony which was lovely, we were there for 7 nights and found everything satisfactory. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance, it’s also close to the railway line, again within walking distance, should you wish to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca or Cinque Terre, altogether a very central location. The staff were friendly and helpful especially on our last day when our taxi to the airport was late.

The rooms are small but we knew that when we booked, we were in Viareggio with family so visited them during the day, so it wasn’t a problem for us as they had outdoor space. I feel more could be added to the rooms, maybe hooks as you enter the room to hang jackets up?

This hotel is situated opposite green space, a park & is 5mins to the beach & 10mins to Viareggio train station, a few mins walk to the strip, shops, restaurants but quiet enough away from the noise when sleeping… The hotels decor is tastefully done, we had a twin room & whilst compact in size, there seemed to be plenty of wardrobe space with shelving inside, it wasn’t a problem for us as we put our stuff away & only in room at night, beds very comfortable, cleaner comes in daily & does a fantastic job in keeping everything super clean, makes beds, checks towels, cleans bathroom & so on…. We booked B&B, the breakfast is in a lovely open & bright airy room, plenty of choice from fresh fruit & croissants, home made cakes & some hot & cold foods (ie) eggs, sausages, meats, cheese.. etc… something for everyone, along with tea, coffee, juices & frizzante water. I found the reception staff excellent & most helpful… a mind of useful information & things to do… it poured with rain one morning & Elsie gave us her own umbrella to use & put breakfast aside for us as was going to be late one morning… Josie made us daily latte’s when we came back early evening & took time out to see how we were doing, check we were ok… gave us kettle for the room, nothing was too much trouble, made our stay even more special - thank you!!! Parkrun in Lucca… (every Saturday at 0900) take the train from Viareggio (0810) to Lucca (0827) & 5 mins walk inside city walls to starting point… well worth a visit as steeped in history & you get to run, walk or trot the 5k around the walls, with locals & other Parkrun tourists, definitely recommend…
