The property was clean, perfectly situated a stones throw away from the airport which was great after a late flight back. Check in/ out was completely fuss free. We stayed in the apartments and overlooked the paddocks which was perfect with 4 small children. On arrival to the property we found milk and apple juice in the fridge, cereals for the children as well as breakfast bars and biscuits. This was a very welcomed surprise and meant that we didn’t need to go back out late at night. Lots of care has been taken to complete an info sheet, there was numbers for doctors, taxis, takeaways that deliver to the property and everything else you could think of in between.

What a fabulous spot and so convenient for the airport - beautiful 2 bedroom barn! Stayed there as daughter was flying off to Europe early and we were flying off to Turkey so it was so convenient! Lovely touches milk, orange juice, tea coffee and even cereal all complimentary so made our stay effortless. A 10 min walk to The Darlington pub which from the outside doesn’t look much but lovely inside, staff were so friendly and great beer garden Would definitely recommend the Hillcroft as a location especially as it’s less than 2 mins from the airport, would stay there again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Hillcroft Accommodation. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and luxurious while still having a homely feel. The heating was on when we got there, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, making us feel comfortable right away. A lovely touch was the sheep greeting us upon arrival—our kids absolutely loved being on the farm, as they adore animals. The check-in process was seamless, with our name on the door, so there was no fuss, which was great after traveling. The location is excellent, very close to Bristol Airport’s Silver Zone, making it convenient for early flights. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of milk and cereal left for breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable, with plenty of cushions, towels, and everything else we needed for a pleasant stay.

The only small improvement we’d suggest is a larger or illuminated sign at the entrance, as we missed the turning in the dark. But other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay again.

A great overnight stay before our early morning flight the next day. We stayed in the 6 person barn, which was very comfortable and well equipped. Our accommodation backed on to a field, where the lovely resident goat came up to say hello! Only a couple of minutes drive to the airport. Would definitely return.

It is a relatively new complex of barns and rooms, with some still being developed on a private plot of land. Hence the drive in needs some attention, as it has a few potholes, but this is just a minor issue, which I’m sure will be rectified soon!

We brought our own food for breakfast but we were impressed with all that was left for us The beds were extremely comfortable and the arrangement of the accommodation was brilliant I would definitely recommend your accommodation to anyone

As it was dark when we arrived we did miss the turning The road to the accommodation was extremely dark and potholely In the darkness it was very difficult to find our accommodation there was not a name on the door as we were told It was only around 6-7 when we arrived so I feel more lights would have been better for the location to enable us to find the accommodation We were unable to lock the door and we had someone walk in while we were getting ready for bed which was slightly disconcerting This maybe a problem for you because when we were looking for our accommodation a lady came out of her accommodation and was worried because she could not secure her door

The rooms were very clean and the decor was lovely. We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 adult children and there was plenty of room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable - made it difficult to get up for our flight at Bristol airport. The location was very peaceful which made sitting out at the back of the property very relaxing. The tea, coffee’ milk and apple juice was great.

The road to the property is very bumpy so have to drive very slowly. This is a very small thing and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

Great location, room and facilities were of the highest standard. Parking right by the accommodation. It was a self catering apartment with tea, coffee etc. but it also had a few snacks, cereal etc. for us. They had thought of everything. The parking for the overnight stay was free, I paid extra to leave my car at the location for my week away., it was a reasonable cost and I didn't have to leave my keys, so no risk of my car being used while I was away. It will be my first choice for an overnight stay before I go on holiday in the future. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if I had to be picky then they could have let us know prior to arrival which accommodation we were in, and the signage within the small site could have been better, we took a little while to identify which accommodation we had been allocated.

Stayed here last September and enjoyed the whole experience so re-booked this June. handy for a layover for Bristol Airport before or after our flights. Arrow Cars come recommended and provide shuttles to and from the Airport approx 2 Km away. The lodge was roomy and spacious with a double and 2 single beds. A separate kitchen with plenty of tea coffee, chocolate and handy snack bars for breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay. Would book again but direct to property next time.

Lack of human staff. never seen anyone else except other clients/travellers. Arrow cars booking app is a bit strange as was unable to find Hillcroft as a choice to book the shuttle.

Nice location with calming surroundings. Has animals roaming around and fields. We didn’t explore much as it was too cold that evening but was just what we needed for a sad time saying bye to my partner/babies dad before he was going away back to work again. Nice, clean apartments, don’t hear anything outside from in there. Easy check in and check out as you don’t have to do anything! Had everything set up for my little one when we turned up, cot all set up (most places forget the cot when I arrive which is tiring to go hunt for after a long journey) and even a couple of toys. Under floor heating. We will be back next time.

Was a bit hot but when it’s snowing outside, if I’m complaining that it was a bit hot then I don’t have much to complain about, and was probably us struggling to work it out

A truly lovely place to stay with lots of thoughtful touches, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make our stay easier, a great area outside for our girls to run around in and the goats were a big hit. We were sad to only be staying one night!

No complaints from us. Could easily have stayed for a week’s holiday here.
