The location was perfect as we were flying from Bristol airport the next day (five mins drive away) and going into Bristol on the evening (twenty mins drive away), the view from the hotel was lovely and the rooms were big and comfortable - the bathroom was particularly great! The breakfast was a smaller section but very nice

Everything was great, there could have been a little more choice at breakfast and the location was quite far away from Bristol if you wanted to go into the city but otherwise it was a great stay

Staff (Mowan -apologies as not sure if I spelled it correctly, and Sharon) were very friendly and helpful Clean, spacious, homely room with perfect temperature setting when we entered the room Early check in was also a bonus Free parking

Car park a bit far from the reception / property so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues like me who’s got a bit of back and R leg pain but was not a big issue for me as it was not raining so can walk slowly.

I would suggest a bowl of prepared fruit in the fridge and some plain yoghurt. Filter coffee

Long walk down steps with suitcases. Didn't see any sign to the easier route on arrival until we had struggled down steps. Exhausted after journey so not too happy about that. A38 lethal to cross to the pub for meal.

The hotel and room was outstandingly beautiful. Alot of attention to detail. Had an early breakfast, but still loads of choice. The receptionist had booked a taxi for us as requested.

We liked everything about the hotel, it was comfortable, clean and quiet despite the nearby road. The staff were friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast was included in the price which was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay again

Perfect stay before early flight. Would recommend booking direct with hotel if you want to use car park for when you're away though.

Minor improvement would be some takeaway cups for tea or coffee if leaving early in morning before breakfast, otherwise 1st class

Amazing little hotel. I had a room with 4 Poster Bed. Very stylish and tasty room, a perfect place for romantic time. Very helpful owners and stuff. Thanks for early checkin and airport transfers. We had unforgettable time. Looking forwards to come back.

everything was above what we expected , great host , ample parking , great rooms , position ideal and we would definately stay here again and recomend to friends . Did not have time to try the pool but it looked great and the view was excellent.

Very close to the airport. Safe on site parking. Clean comfortable room, plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows You could tell the room was looked after. Staff were helpful. Lovely surroundings.
