Beautiful location... we stayed at the Inn which was very comfortable.... nice and peaceful. The owner (Peta) made us really welcome and booked our discounted Longleat tickets... lovely lady. Very nice continental breakfast... lots of cereals etc. But I'm a cooked breakfast fan and I'll be honest was a tiny bit disappointed when I realised there was an extra charge if I wanted egg & bacon. But the continental breakfast was still pretty good.

Nothing... if you're looking to get away for a reset then this is the place... very quiet and peaceful surroundings... Cheddar Gorge, Longleat, Bath and lots more to do nearby.

I really liked the fact that you could hear no traffic noise, no pub noise and no people noise here. We parked the car right near, we used the BBQ, the breakfast was nice. We had personal trouble lighting the hot tub burner but the owners of the inn very kindly helped us out. I was unwell the second day and my partner bought me breakfast to the chalet from the inn and the owner let me sleep in past check in a couple of hours and was really kind. They gave us a future discount if we stay again due to us not managing to light the hot tub and me feeling unwell. These people are so nice. There are some little chickens on the hill near the chalet too. The place is a 20minute drive to Longleat safari park and the centre parcs spa. There is a large Asda no very far away too where we bought the BBQ meat. If you want to stay somewhere quiet, run by nice people, near some attractions and close enough to a supermarket then this is it. The BBQ is under a covered porch and there are outside chairs so you could still have a BBQ and a hot tub even if it's drizzling.

The building and landscape were gorgeous. It was lovely to park up and see the chickens, sheep and visiting pheasant "Lucky". The room was comfortable. I like that the owner had implemented a natural waste system. The owner was also very pleasant and accommodating.

There wasn't anything that was bad. The walls were a bit thin (noise from the corridor) and a smart tv would have been nice for some netflix. These are just small suggestions. They did not take away from the overall experience.

We stayed in room 1 which was very spacious and made travelling with a very small baby a lot easier. The host Peta was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great for us as we went to a wedding nearby. It's in a lovely setting. There isn't very much phone signal but the hotels WiFi is good. The breakfast was great aswell.

There are no negatives for us.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at The Bunkhouse. It was delightfully quirky, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully peaceful—just what we needed to unwind. The hot tub was a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Each morning began with a lovely continental breakfast, and the service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A hidden gem we’d happily return to!

Our stay was great and we are definitely staying again when visiting the area, the room was very spacious, clean and welcoming (2 small heaters were on when we arrived and the room was warm). The breakfast was great, we had the cooked options with fresh eggs. The hosts amazing, giving us all the extra information needed. Ample parking space. Self checking was very easy. Loved the chickens and sheep.

All was good, nothing negative to say.

When we arrived it was pitch black,maybe a few more lights would be great especially in the car park.

We had a great stay at the Vobster Inn. Nice and calm location which was perfect for us. We stayed in the large family suite which was very spacious. The service was excellent and we really appreciated the possibility of having dinner in the evening. Can highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent for a family honeymoon trip to the safari park. Our two little girls where our flower girls at our wedding and this was a joint honeymoon to spend some quality time together.

The wood for the hot tub was to damp to light the first night but was quickly remedied the second night.
