the views from the bedroom and bathroom are incredible! It's such a cozy experience and Peter made us feel very welcome. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat in Bath and for our trip around the Cotswolds. The breakfast was amazing, and he even offered hot cross buns as it was the Easter weekend. Would 1000% stay again.
honestly nothing, no faults at all!

Lovely stay! Peter was the perfect host greeting us when we arrived and giving us the tour. The view from the house is amazing. The house was dressed up with beautiful Christmas decorations and kept lovely and clean. Perfect location, only 12 minute walk to the start of the Christmas Markets which was the reason for our trip and at a great price compared to chain hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was delicious (especially the mushrooms). The room was comfortable and well equipped. The view of the city was stunning and unexpected. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a very powerful shower. City centre location on a beautiful tucked away road, in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking was easy for us and it was free. The host was the best!

Great location for accessing the centre of Bath. Delightful spacious period property - felt like staying in a family home (which is what it is!). Stunning views across Bath. Good communication with host prior to arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Wasn't expecting a shared bathroom - probably not paying full attention when I booked. I think they do have en-suite rooms available as well as ours which shared. It wasn't really a problem, but it would be nice to provide a bathrobe to facilitate a modest visit to the loo at night. We hadn't come prepared. That said, the bathroom had the best view ever of Bath! Parking is a complete pain - not the host's fault. You may be lucky finding a nearby unrestricted space, but be prepared for a 15 minute walk up the hill out of the central zone to find more accessible and reasonable parking. Or use the Lansdown park and ride. Or come by train. Bigger TV please - you can't really see the provided one from the bed. Overall it felt a bit expensive - but not outrageously so. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely old style house just 5 mins walk from the Hop On Bus. Everything was to our expectations. Ideal very tasty home cooked breakfast. Peter was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We would suggest getting there in the early afternoon for parking options. Our room had magnificent views of the city. Try the local Curry Mahal, great Indian.

We had a fantastic stay at No. 4. Peter was a wonderful host, and made us feel very comfortable. He provided us with great recommendations and helped with finding us a parking space. The building itself is lovely and we had had everything we needed. It was super easy to get into the centre. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Great spot, beautiful house in an ideal location. Host was absolutely sensational, very accommodating and cooked us a lovely breakfast.
There was unfortunately no parking, the host graciously put us on their permit for the night but it did cost an additional £10. There was also a shared bathroom that you were allocated a time for so as not to clash with other guests/family that stay on site.

A delightful stay. Room was fantastic; everything was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views over Bath and an excellent location; less than 10 mins walk to the Baths/Abbey, and 5 mins walk to restaurants. Lovely breakfast with some of the best fried mushrooms I've ever had. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely go back.
N/A - it was brilliant!

Good central location close to Bath town centre & property had lots of character - Peter was a good host & gave lots of helpful tips.
The shared facilities weren’t ideal (though shower was excellent) & we were lucky and managed to get a free parking space up the road but there are no places right outside

Beautiful house; lovely room with double bed and twin bed which was great as I was staying with my partners daughter so having separate beds was perfect. The hosts were interesting and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.
I don’t think there’s anything I could fault.
