It was spacious and elegant. It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, in contrast to other properties we have used. A lot of thought had gone into the decor, which we found relaxing and enjoyable. When we reported a small problem involving internet access, the owners were immediately on the case and made great and successful efforts to resolve it.

Much of the equipment could be described as ‘high end’ and ‘high tech’. Some sort of user instruction manual would help less up to date guests not feel slightly intimidated attempting to use them. As it was we met the owner who was happy to demonstrate.

The owner had a gift basket with all goodies which was really good, also she took care of the parking permit which was cruicial. the location of the place is alrite. Overall Bath is an old city. The apartment had one bed and it was tight for 2 adults and 1 child.

Could be little more spacious. The owner came to collect the charges for booking.com, which was not normal since most of the charges are handled by booking.com. Felt uncomfortable, but was okay to give details to owner. It gets tight to park a car. Would stay is cotswell and drive 30 mins to come to bath

The door codes were sent via e-mail in plenty of time ahead of our stay. The property was easy to find and easy to access. Ample facilities were available in the kitchen area of the property including an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The welcome hamper and provision of milk was a really nice touch. The bedroom was spacious with good wardrobe space and a particularly comfortable bed. An iron and hairdryer was available. Overall the property suited our needs perfectly.

We may have missed it in the description but it would have been useful to know that the property was directly next to a school. Luckily we went during half term so it was relatively quiet.

The property was very nice and clean, well furnished and modern. The host was very accommodating and flexible, and even provided a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. All the essentials were provided, like milk/butter/ shower gel. The bed was very comfortable and the quality of linen was great. It is definitely worthy of being called a luxury apartment! The location was also great as it was in close proximity to the tourist attractions like Roman bath.

It may have been ideal to have a broom or hoover just to be able to give the floor a clean (I have two little kids who can get quite messy!) Parking permit is expensive at £17 per day and this should be made clear before making a booking. Cot was provided as requested however I was told on the day that it will be a £30 charge for set up. It was placed in the open plan kitchen so we were unable to use. There was no space to move this in to the bedroom. Again, this price should be made clear before the booking. However, the bed was big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 small children.

Clean and modern . Well equipped. Good location for what I needed. Near great little food shops. Loved the hamper, tea and milk. Had the essentials including oil, salt and pepper which made cooking a simple meal straightforward. Highly recommend.

I would have preferred to have submitted the names of the potential 4 adults staying in advance when booking. There was uncertainty as I have family in Bath.

Location was great. Easy to get in and out. Fabulous help with getting on internet etc. lovely, small, clean flat - and great welcome basket -thank you. Facilities great and plenty of cleaning fluids etc to make the flat easy to maintain.

Nothing not to like as such. Would have preferred streamable TV and we struggled and if you’re using the sofa bed you should be aware the sofa bed is at the back of the property next to school playground!

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the Crescent and Circus. It is an easy 10 min walk into Bath’s city centre. The apartment is modern well equipped and tastefully furnished. The host Karina is excellent and responded immediately to any queries we had during our stay.

People with mobility difficulties or travelers with big heavy suitcases might struggle with the stairs if staying in the Circus apartment on the first floor apartment .

We stayed in the Roman Appartement. It's modern and nicely decorated. It's just outside the city centre so just a short walk but away from the busy area which is good. We got a welcome basket with snacks, etc, which is a nice touch, and the host replies to any questions very quickly.

It's not really negative. The sofa bed is not that comfortable. But so are all the sofa beds

Good location for the sites . Bed and pillows so comfy and lovely hamper left for us. Clean and lovely and warm when we arrived and very quiet even though the apartment is right next to a school. Parking right outside was a bonus.

Not much wardrobe space at all and what there was a lot of it was taken up with extra duvet. This was fine for us for 3 days but any longer I think you would struggle

Luxury apartment with high end fixtures. appliances & decoration. Karina our host was friendly, very helpful, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable of Bath. The whole property shows her attention to detail with high end facilities throughout the 5 apartments.

Nothing as we say it’s luxury!
