This location was excellent as a “home base “. We stayed 4 nights and were able to easily explore the highlights of Bath from here. It was also very convenient to get to the train and/or bus stations in order to travel afield. This property allowed us to cook in if we desired (grocery stores within walking distance) and also had laundry facilities within the suite. Great for carry-on luggage travellers. This property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was also very accommodating!

Although I slept well, in my opinion the double bed mattress could be upgraded. Only a small issue.

We are a family with a 5 years old. From Bath spa train station, only 10 mins walk and everything else -sightseeing points, supermarkets, bus stops, Christmas markets - are within minutes walking. The apartment is located just off from the major street. Buses run in front of it so if you are noise sensitive, the 2nd bedroom may be ideal. Ear plugs are provided in the drawers. The house has everything you need. Cooking utensils, washing machine, a good bath tub. No complaint from our stay. The main bedroom was spacious with shower and toilet. The 2nd room has a good size cabinet with a single and a double bed room. The bedroom is upstairs, so not much noise from the lounge/kitchen so it's good for after child bedtime.

The location of the property was very central with a few mins right into the centre of bath, had all the information before hand and was ready on our arrival which was slightly earlier than said, Andrew was a great help if needed anything and full information in the property for local sight seeing and restaurants to eat at, we didn’t need it but full equipped kitchen with washer, dishwasher and all utensils to cook if you wish, with a big supermarket across the road, will be recommend to others.

The apartment has everything we needed, tea, coffee, biscuits, salt, vinegar, etc. it's great not to have to buy everything for a short stay. For everything else, there's a big Sainsbury's very handily located within 2 minutes walk. The apartment was very cosy and well located, in a calm area within walking distance 7 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city heart. We had a great stay.

The mattress on the left in the twin bed bedroom is too soft and might need an update.

Good value apartment in a great central location. The apartment was well equipped with extra touches like tea, coffee and biscuits provided. The host was very responsive and helpful with queries.

Cleaning could have been better - under the sofa had not been cleaned. The blind in the twin room was broken and very dirty. The main door to the street was left open (as in, ajar) on a couple of occasions (presumably by the guests in the other apartment?) not sure what can be done about this & although we could lock our apartment door, it made the place feel less secure.

Clean, cute, and comfy. Easy to find and centrally located. The host was helpful and responsive. I actually think the "curb appeal" is a bit better in person than in the photos. Nicely decorated. I enjoyed the seagull experience. Anyway you will have that everywhere in Bath, unless you rent a place with AC and keep the windows closed.

James Street West is quieter here than in the main James St through town, but there is still a bit of traffic. You will hear it with the windows open, but it wasn't too bad. Could have used more shelving in the bathroom to put our toiletries on.

Excellent location just a 10+ minutes walk from the centre of Bath and with a Sainsbury supermarket 2 minutes away. Parking in Bath isn't easy but there is a major car park less than 5 minutes away, It is a clean and modern flat on 2 levels. We didn't find anything that we missed at all. Andrew is very friendly and responsive.

There are no curtains in the main bedroom, just blinds, so if you like your bedroom to be totally dark, then you are going to suffer. The traffic on the street is also rather noisy, so if you are in the main bedroom and you are easily disturbed, then you had better be an early riser.

Andrew, the operator/host is super responsive and helpful. The personal touch makes a difference in the experience! The location is great, right on the edge of the town centre, and near the river. The separate bedroom, the living room and the two bathrooms make it ideal for 5 people, providing room for a bit of independence. The kitchen and dining area are well equipped.

This is not the apartment's fault, but parking (and driving altogether) in Bath is a bit of a challenge. I recommend e-bikes and public transport 🤙

The apartment is an easy walk from the station. Good location to see the sights in Bath. Close to restaurants, shopping, supermarket, and public transport. Great communication with the host Andrew. We were very thankful to be able to access the apartment early.

It was dirty and needed a good clean. The utensils, crockery and most surfaces were not clean. it would have been helpful to know on arrival that the fridge had an isolating switch on the wall to turn it on.
