The hotel was lovely and comfortable- great rooms, convenient location, cozy pool and saunas.

1. Slippers are only provided for 2p as well as robes. Not a big deal for me, but not for all the guests- as a result people are moving between pool and their rooms wearing towels… People also enter the changing rooms wearing their street boots… making changing rooms dirty 2. Restaurant- try to avoid it !!! Terrible food and service.. ruined my moms birthday. I said I was not happy , but they still included Service charge, and after I asked to remove it- they still charged us… Such a shame

The Swimming pool and spa facilities were very nice The Room was huge and very clean Very Comfy bed Liked the robe and slippers The Bath was huge and amazing The Shower was lovely The choice to have the room refreshed was great and offer to clean half way through my stay too was nice Got a Free duck toy which was so cute and lip conditioner and hand cream all nice touches The Chat service and room service option was great Very Attentive staff and friendly Such a great location The Air con was very good

Doors kept slamming, not sure if this was the cleaners or other customers, but this was annoying The Swimming pool was a bit too cold for me TV doesn’t do screen mirroring / casting so not great when I wanted to relax some evenings and watch Netflix or something The breakfast was a little expensive and didn’t get that much in the cooked breakfast for the cost

Some restaurant staff had long hair that should have been tied up. While serving sometimes hair fell into plates. Small item on Christmas day but was noticeable

Whilst a good, central, location it didn’t feel like I was in beautiful Bath. It was quite murky in the area around the hotel

Location is great - it’s an easy stroll to the Center of Bath. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big enough and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. The beds were very comfortable and I found the pillows out of this world… I wanted to buy some but unfortunately they don’t sell them. I wasn’t keen on their Antipodes shower wash etc but that was a personal choice at least they have them available for you to use . We don’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. The gym was fairly small but functional. Over all a really great experience.

Everything, I couldn't ask for more. I would give this hotel above 5 glowing stars or kire than 10 based on your ratings. Exceptional service, facilities, staff with kind and thoughtful service that is individualised and appreciated. I loved the personalised breakfast where you are given a menu and you can order exactly what you want, pass the filter coffee and order a fresh cappuccino. I loved the spa. The room had everything you wanted and even more in amenities. The staff were efficient, professional, friendly and welcoming. From the check on to the last day, my stay was excellent. Amenities in the room were great, there were personalised notes, even a note that said you can request fresh milk or kilk alternative. Excellent and fabulous service, right invthe city centre and within walkable reach of everything. I shall visit again. Thank-you for the comfortable and excellent stay.

Second time coming here, absolutely love it! Perfect location & the rooms are so lovely! We stayed in the superior room & it was so spacious, my only bit of constructive criticism is that the room could use a sofa, there was a big empty space by the window where a sofa would be perfect & offer additional seating. Loved the addition of the coffee machine in the room & the staff were always happy to bring up fresh oat milk & extra coffee pods upon request. The bathroom is so spacious & loved all the toiletries; such a lovely selection & the best I’ve had at any hotel by far. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Spotlessly clean too! We look forward to coming again next Christmas for our annual visit. One very happy couple :)

The room was great and the spa facilities are excellent.

The dinner in the resteraunt was very disappointing, the price of the food is not reflected in the quality which is I guess why I was the only person in there, More could be made of this resteraunt as it has such high competition to all the best food in Bath so it should give better value for money otherwise why would you chose it over a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bath and all of the great dining options.

The swimming pool/ leisure facilities were a super bonus during a spell of hot weather. The pool is quite small so if it is busy you won't be able to swim lengths. We went early in the morning (7am) and it was empty both mornings. There is a steam room and sauna, and also a gym which looks well equipped. The room was a fabulous size and impeccably clean. I was staying with my sister and we had the luxury of two kingsize beds. The bathroom was really well equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Lack of parking on site. Although the public car park was within 8 minutes walk, it was still a walk (in the rain on one day), pus a huge extra cost approx £35 for 48 hours.

This is a lovely hotel - looks a bit meh from the outside but when you get in, it is classy! Staff could not do enough to help (special thank you to Carolyn in the restaurant). Bed is wonderful, I would buy those pillows for home! Fluffy white towels. Excellent pool / sauna / steam room ... exactly what you need after a long day of travelling. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is a wide range of cereals, fruit, breads, etc. If you are undecided, try the scrambled eggs - fantastic. I prepaid for a set menu 3 course evening meal and would recommend it - this is not an ordinary hotel restaurant! They will give you fresh milk for your room on request. My new favourite hotel in Bath 👍

Unusual not to have a room service / late evening offer - I arrived too late for the restaurant on my first night. Fortunately, there is a little Tesco about 7 minutes away that stays open until 11pm so I ended up with a sandwich & bag of crisps 🤣
