Everything was excellent. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, modern and cosy. Only inconvenient might be the floor flights of stairs for people with mobility issues, but even these were very easy to handle, wide and comfortable to climb. Beautiful old building completely refurbished with everything you might need. Very user friendly with signs all around to help you find and do stuff in the apartment. Very easy check in and key handling. I had a small issue with the key on my last night but it was quickly and efficiently solved. It was hot in Bath during my stay, but the big fan in the living sorted it out. The bed was very comfortable, the shower a delight and everything inside the apartment was simply perfect. The area is very centric, an easy 10-minute walk from train station/bus stop, a 15-minute walk from everywhere that must be seen in Bath and a 3-minute walk from shops, bars, restaurants, theatre, etc. Still very quiet and relaxing. I hated to have to hand the keys back. I didn't want to leave! Thank you Hiding Space for this very special stay. Bath is a great place to be, but you've made it just perfect. Thanks a million!

The location is so good. Right in the heart of Bath and so it is very close to all of the sights, restaurants and shops you could ask for. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable too. Perfect after 20,000+ steps had been clocked up! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone .

The only note of caution, and it is made clear in the details provided, is that our apartment was up around 40-50 steps and one of those staying had a touch of arthritis, which made climbing the stairs at the end of a strenuous day a little difficult, but still worthwhile for the quality of the property.

The location is awesome - right in the centre of Bath with every attraction at a walking distance. The room was spacious with well stocked kitchen, a good sofa bed. The windows slide slightly up to provide good ventilation.

There is no elevator so we got good exercise walking up and down the 5 floors. This was transparently shared so we left heavy suitcases in the car and packed for the night in lighter bags. That made it easier. The bench provided with the dining table is rickety and threatened to go down with me a few times - the wall behind stopped it every time. The bedroom doesn't have great ventilation being in a corner without any windows. But it was manageable with all windows opened up a little.

Great location in a more quiet part of the city, but only a short walk away from the train station, the Forum etc. Lovely and clean. Though very small, the apartment is smartly organised and well equipped. Great Wi-Fi, a nice big dining table with 2 benches to sit on. A blue couch, wooden floors, clean bed linen and a very soft bed with storage. Very well organised check-in and -out, great and helpful staff.

This is a problem with all of Bath: seagulls screaming day and night. With single glazing windows, it is quite a challenge to fall asleep. Also, people on the streets are loud till late, hence bring earplugs. Mind there is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but might be for someone.

We stayed in the penthouse suite, and it was awesome!!! Far exceeded our expectations. A beautiful apartment with great rooms, all very clean. The staff were super helpful. But the outside terrace was the cherry on the cake - wow. What a location, what a view! The large hot tub is superb, and you can enjoy using this whilst looking out to the whole city of Bath- we were literally blown away by this very special place. Having breakfast at the outside table, and enjoying some wine on the sofas with that view! Wow. Probably the best apartment we've ever stayed in.

There's quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment with no lift. But boy it's worth it!

The location is perfect, very central and easy to find. The bed is comfortable and internet fast. There is lots of hot water in the shower. The kitchen is well organized. The furniture is high quality. The apartment is very clean. The view is great.

The windows open between 2 and 5 inches. It was very (unusually) hot when we were there. And even with a fan, it stayed hot. I kept shades down to keep the sun out. That helped. The windows should open more- the reason I was given to keep people from falling out is ridiculous. They could open more and one could not fall out. There is very limited clothes and food storage. Suggest shelves in the closet. The ironing board is broken- it leans downward. The iron is missing a part but still works. I only found out the last night so didn’t mention it to the very nice staff.

We loved staying at the property, it felt like it was tucked away into this little hidden gem, whilst still being a 2 minutes walk from the centre of town, they go above and beyond with what they provide, staff on call between 8 and 5 if anything needed answering, a detailed information book about the property, how to use the appliances, where things were stored and prices of the toiletries or items in the mini bar if you wanted to purchase them.

Our only complaint about this apartment is that if you have someone staying in the room above you, it is very loud, but we are aware that it is a result of the age of the building.

Very nice apartment in a great, central location. It was only a short walk to the Roman Baths and there many nice restaurants and bars in the nearby area. We were there in September on a Sunday and Monday so it may always be quieter then, but it was very quiet at night. There was some coffee and tea provided in the kitchen which was nice. The sitting area was comfortable and could have accommodated another guest or two on the sofa bed.

The bed is only accessible from one side so less ideal for someone that gets up in the night and has to climb over the other person or gets up earlier than the other. The room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor (3rd or 4th for Americans) and the walk up the stairway was disconcerting as the carpet was incredible dirty and stained. Fortunately the apartment was not dirty.

The correspondence was brilliant for a start. When we arrived at reception the staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. But also warm and fun. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos, which I've found is a rarity. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable. The facilities were great. I slept on the sofa bed which was pretty comfortable. My friend took the bed, which she said was very good. We found the stairs a little tiring as we were on one of the top floors, but the addition of benches on each landing was inspired and very welcome. (We are two slightly older women with rubbish knees and hips)

If I had one very tiny thing to improve the apartment, it would just be a hook on the bathroom door. And that's all.

If you are tall as in 6ft plus you may struggle with the bed which is on a raised platform so the ceiling is not far from the bed. Also people with mobility issues may find it hard also as you have to kind of crawl onto the bed as you can’t stand full height. Bed platform accessed via stairs and then some additional cubed steps. However this was not an issue for me.
