It was large enough for 3 families to meet up and spend time together. It had all facilities needed for simple catering for this group size. It had different bed configurations that were perfect for our group.

GPS takes you to a place that isn’t the address, whilst only a small distance away it took a bit of time to find it as the house numbers in this area don’t follow the normal rules. There were a few slightly broken items, sofabed in bedroom and clothes horse in utility. There were sufficient options available that meant this didn’t impact our stay.

Wonderful location in the centre of Bath. very spacious and well equipped townhouse with lovely views from lots of the bedrooms. Although very central it was quiet despite being a Saturday night.

Only small issue was arrival with the key code. The door didn't open, but as the hosts are round the corner at the Harrington Hotel, we just walked round to ask and a member of staff came back with us. There seemed to be a knack to opening the door, that it needed to be pulled towards you, worked fine once you knew, but the member of staff said he would report it and they would be getting it fixed anyway

The house was extremely spacious and located right in the city centre so easy to get to all shops / resturants. we stayed as a family and there was ample space for all of us to share comfortably. there were enough bathrooms in the house as well as as a lovely living room area and kitchen area for us to relax together. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Bath. The access was easy and no issues finding the property.

Breakfast was not included as it is self catering, the location was perfect for our needs and less than 5 minute walk to the Roman Baths. Plenty of toiletries, towels and bedding supplied. Even plenty of fans to help with the heatwave during our stay

dead pigeon under the kitchen window had been there a while and was beginning to smell - not the fault of the host but will need to be cleared for the next guests

I didn't expect it to be so big. It is the perfect home to rent if you were to be a big group. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped and a perfect place to hang around while the meal was being cooked.

As most of the house was carpeted, unfortunately, my son is allergic to dust. The blinds on the windows were very dusty. It would have been perfect if it had air-conditioning as the heat was incredible during that time. Such a beautiful place deserves better cuttleries.

Unbelievable location - absolutely perfect for exploring Bath in true Georgian style! Tons of room for our group - giant kitchen/eating area, giant living room, 4 great bedrooms. Bathrooms on every floor!!

Stairs - lots of them - not appropriate if you have any mobility issues. Each floor has a room - so to get to the top first bedroom you climb up steel stairs to the third floor - for the other three bedrooms you climb to the fourth floor!!

This looked good from the listing, but we were actually blown away. It's a huge townhouse spanning several floors, very much in the thick of it - yet somehow still on a quiet street. There's a bar with a rooftop terrace right opposite, and it's within easy stumbling distance from everything you might need. And it was terrific value. We felt very lucky to have found it - not least over a school-holiday weekend.

Was all excellent. There was nothing we didn't like.

the house was cold and the heating was difficult to regulate ( we only stayed one night but if it had been 2 nights i'd have spoken to the incredibly friendly receptionist to get help) . Some of the decor needs a little TLC, but for the price i payed i was happy

Location. Very spacious and well presented property -just right for a group of discerning women who want to maximise their time together without always having to visit restaurants. Excellent facilities at property for self catering and sufficient bathrooms for 5! Staff very accommodating at Harrington for luggage storage.

Nothing- although worth noting to pack some ear plugs as although not a busy spot, it is city centre and with that comes lots of beeps and road sweepers!
