Great location, large spacious studio with everything you need for a city break. The bed was moderately comfortable, everything was very clean on arrival.

The only negative was that on our final night we couldn’t get into the external door to the ground floor. Our keycard wouldn’t work and we could not contact anyone due to nobody answering. This is a very serious issue but we were lucky that another resident arrived, with a family member already in the apartment they were staying at. This meant that person could let us all in, since their card didn’t work on the external entrance either. The card worked on the room itself. When things like that happen there needs to be a 24/7 contact available as we could have been left with no way inside.

Spacious, open-space design, clean and white. Good facilities such as dishwasher, microwave, range of knives, chopping board, kitchen towel, toaster, and tea towel. Natural light from large windows Variety of lighting options Large walk-in shower and surface area for bathroom products. Large comfortable bed. (Pillows don't match the standard of the accommodation, however) Back light and bedside light options. Daily cleaning service if desired, for example, emptying bins. Communicative staff, providing over the phone clear instructions to get in for ease of arrival. Close proximity to all points of interest.

People wearing heels above. Perhaps a shoe tray by the door with a polite sign to encourage people to remove heels/ hard soles. Observed numerous guests having difficulties checking in, some getting rather irate. Perhaps a clear separate message on the day/ day before that states: The address, 5 code reference number, what name to enter and what to do to get into the building. Finding the information in the many messages can be confusing and some people think the booking.com reference is the one needed on the check-in tablet.

Tiny bowls, a bit impractical There are no tasteful signs to encourage people to not walk in heels for noise transference. No felt under chair legs to prevent noise transference. Lack of smart TV/ ability to cast. The key card into the room didn't work one evening. Resolved with 20 minutes. My do not disturb door sign was attached to a coat hanger, so I didn't see it. No coasters to protect the nice tables - noticed ring stains that weren't there from my previous stay

Liked: Clean, modern kitchen, open space, stove, micrwave-oven, dishwasher knives. Chopping board, fridge-freezer. Good sized shower, excellent use of surfaces for toiletries, and alcoves in shower so no messy products on floor. Hair dryer and shower products. Good-sized beds and clean, minimalistic style overall. Good lighting throughout. Radiators are responsive. In opening hours, staff respond fast to queries and are friendly and helpful.

The apartments were very nice and the location was ideal. Plenty of great facilities within the apartment and overall a great experience.

We paid extra to check out at 12:30. We nipped out for breakfast and then came back at 11 to find the cleaner in our room had removed all the bed sheets and was in there with all the cleaning supplies getting the room ready for the next visitors. I tried to explain that we paid extra to checkout at 12:30 but unfortunately there was a language barrier and she did not understand. We did not get the late checkout even though we paid extra for this.

Great location, right in the heart of activity on Westgate. Also very nice rooms given the space.

This isn’t an issue, but be aware that there is no lobby. It’s self check in at the front. However the main office is minutes away if you have any questions/ concerns.

Great location, quiet and very private, right in centre of city and 5 mins from the thermae spa, Tesco on site, and bus stop right outside, 8 mins from train station, if you drive, Southgate car park is 10 min walk but you pay as you go there, not linked to apartment. Entrance is by bus stop next to Tesco and pizza restaurant….very spacious and great amenities, very comfy bed and power shower.

Not the hotels fault, but there is a Tesco below and some deliveries are early/noisy, doors slam hard, we were mindful if thus, Shane other guests were not….but not the hotels fault ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice modern spacious apartment, well equipped. Everything was very clean. Quiet up on 3rd floor,but needed to close blinds and open windows as very exposed to sun. We were very glad of the fan in the heat. Good internet. Great location we could walk everywhere and close to public transport.

Key system not working for a few days, needed to keep ringing reception to enter the building. Staff were very friendly and apologetic and it was fixed on the last day of our stay. Very hot on 3rd floor, and we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. These were only minor issues, everything was really very good. I think a few simple brochures of tours and recommendations for eating would have been good. The magazine on Bath was lovely.

We loved staying at this apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Things we really appreciated: an iron and ironing board, an electric kettle (with tea bags provided), a heated towel rack, a hairdryer, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment overall was beautifully decorated — modern, stylish, and with a great choice of colors that made the space feel warm and inviting. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The apartment is located in central Bath, so you might hear some street noise, but we simply closed the windows and slept very well!

Fabulous…like sleeping in an Ikea studio flat! Great facilities, superb location. On the 3rd floor overlooking Kingsmead square. Cooker/microwave, dish washer it was perfect and had everything we needed! Had a well priced mini-bar and complementary tea, coffee & milk. Clean and good quality towels & linen. Lovely Cowshed toiletries made it feel like a well deserved treat! Would stay again-loved it.

3 floors maybe tricky for those less able-but I think you would ask before booking if that was an issue. Fairly quiet considering but a little noisy early morning with seagulls nesting on the roofs but near enough to see a nest with 2 chicks in so that was lovely! Cowshed products could have done with the body lotion to try the set!! But what was there to use is amole…I’m being cheeky!!

The apartment was HUGE! Wonderful facilities in the apartment, and it was very clean. Huge comfortable bed and having a washing machine was wonderful. Location was excellent for exploring Bath. The staff were very friendly and responsive in their communications.

It wasn't quite clear how to check-in or where my room keys would be. The iPad check-in also felt a little impersonal. The bus stop under my window was quite noise during the day. The stairs to the 2nd floor were hard work with a big suitcase, but I was aware that there was no elevator. Painting the dark walls in the entrance and corridors a light colour (e.g. white) would certainly lift the arrival experience.
