Very comfortable bed. Very good TV and bathroom. Great breakfasts and bar facilities. Staff very friendly, professional, welcoming. Really good location for entertainments and sights of central Bristol.

Layout of furniture in the room and shortage of storage space. Inaccessible wardrobe, wardrobe entrance difficult because of a fixed table partially covering the entrance. One of the two shelves in the wardrobe was too high for either of us to reach easily, so storage space in the room very inadequate. No drawers at all in the room. Also, only one chair.

Almost the furthest room from the lift, no circular route, so no shorter option. The vac formed bathroom is ok, but lacks anything nice. If I've asked for the room to not be cleaned and help out by not using as much water, of washing towels etc, why is it that you put a whole set of towels and toilet roll on the outside of the door everyday? Seems to be defeating the point? I'm glad that I spoke to someone at the desk when I arrived, they informed me about the car parking discount that you have with local car parks that I hadn't found anywhere on your website whilst booking.

Great location wise, easy to access and to park, in a city center that's just perfect. On arrival we were met with a smile, a young gentleman with great customer service, do feel slightly bad cannot remember the gentleman's name but he was checking us in whilst I believe perhaps training a much younger gentleman at the time. The hotel is basic but completely understandable if you're looking for a quick stop off with great location this is your place.

The only downfall was the heating system or aircon unit in the room, unfortunately it might have had a broken fan or something because it just clicked constantly when on. Thankfully we didn't need it and we'd never mentioned it to reception at the time as it wasn't a big issue, If perhaps it was too cold or hot we would have mentioned but we didn't require it to be on so.

1 night stay with my mum, to go to the Bristol hippodrome. Excellent hotel very warm welcome, nothing to much trouble. 10/10

Waiter in the breakfast restaurant could have been a bit happier, i asked him if there was anymore bacon coming out as the warmer was empty, but he didn't reply to me just walked out into the kitchen to get some more, thought was a bit rude. ☆ perhaps the prunes could go with the Yoghurt & Fruit ☆ Disappointed as no Marmite ☆ Disappointed as only Butter no Low fat/plant spread available, & for someone like me watching their weight , or high cholesterol. Butter not a healthy option, when you had all the healthy fruits, yoghurt, & different milks.

The location was brilliant and we appreciated the car parking in Millenium Square and the discount arrangement worked very well. The room was good, and quiet, (we are familiar with Ibis hotels from travelling in France), BUT the bathroom door didn't shut; it appeared to have been forced at some point and there was a projecting screw - forgot to mention this at the time. I thought the breakfast offered a good selection, though my husband was iffy about his scrambled eggs! We'd stay there again.

Everything was as expected and good for the price . The bathroom and shower were spotless and worked well. Heating controls in the room so that we could set the temp to suit us and vary it from evening (awake) temp to cooler sleep temp was good.

Sadly, though we asked for a quiet room, the room was noisy with the sound of people outside moving between the many pubs and clubs. It was as though the window was open even though it was shut and i suspect that there is some ventilation that can't be closed, that allowed all the noise inside. My wife stayed here once before and had the same experience - noisy until midnight with the revellers outside.

The room was lovely. Great value for money! It was clean and tidy :) The location was perfect for us and it was helpful they had take away maps with lots of landmarks on it. We could easily look at our phones but it was actually easier to see it all laid out because there were somethings we would have missed. The staff were so nice and extremely helpful. We called a few times prior to coming to ask some questions and they were more than happy to answer. When we checked in I didn't have my physical card with me but they accepted a copy of my card on my phone. They let us keep our luggage in a store room while we walked around for our last day after we checked out. All in all, had a great time!

I really wish we had a mini fridge in the room as it would have been nice to be able to store a bit of food and cold drinks. I was in Bristol to play a sports tournament and the actual event was located in the middle of no where outside Bristol. It would have been nice to be able to bring some lunch/snacks with me as the event was from 7-7 pm. Also, the television just kept turning itself off every 15 minutes or so. Other than that it was fine!

Staff are friendly and approachable. Very good loaction and walking distance to city center,bus station,foods and some other tourist location around Bristol. In the back of the hotel 1 minute walk to tesco express. We really enjoy our stay in the hotel and would like to say thank you for all the staff of ibis. Breakfast was amazing. Strong wifi connection. Bed is comfortable and clean room. We definitely gonna check in again if we gonna visit Bristol in the future! xx

Nothing much. Only the tele will turn off like every 30-40mins for low connection. But aside from that everything are amazing.

Great location easy to find from carpark

There was supposed to be 20% off the parking with the millennium carpark but the hotel reception said the computer system that works with the parking doesn't work they tried connecting them but no answer then told to go to carpark office to see about the discount got to the parking office found its not maned just all run from computer based AI how can you get the stated parking discount for your stay ANSWER is you carnt ...

Great central location for a city-break in Bristol, right beside science museum & river, with lots to see & do in a 10-minute walking radius

Our room was at the end of a VERY long corridor so if you’re staying here with limited mobility ask for one near the lifts Be warned that neighbouring bars/restaurants get v busy & loud on a Saturday night but you don’t hear it from bedrooms & didn’t bother us at all
