The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The location is absolutely great and convenient. The facilities, it just really has everything you need, the kitchen is huge and fully equipped for cooking nice meals if you wish. Washing dryer hair dryer iron etc. just ask and they indicate you where everything is. Many showers a d bathrooms so I have never struggled or waited to shower or use the loo. They offered towels which is rare nowadays. And locker with key. Just make sure you bring noise cancelling headphones or earbuds as there is The Lanes downstairs. Or join the party lol

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Excellent location.

The toilets and showers were a complete let dawn, there was always problems, eg, wet floors (no bath mats), lights not working, locks not working, shower heads broken off, shower 5 had water coming out of the press button and never got hot, and there was often no toilet paper. The place was cold , especially the kitchen, lounge, and the heating in the rooms might or might not work. The staff did bring a heater. The blender suitation _ there are 3, only one works, very frustrating for new people trying to work out if any of them work. I asked if the 2 broken could be removed, but they were still there when I left weeks later.

You get what you paid for, I read in the ratings it would be loud and it was so I knew what I was getting myself into. It’s in a very good shopping location and the bust from the airport will leave you very close. Has a small cage compartment where you can lock stuff and they’ll store your luggage after check out for free The showers have hot water.

They don’t change the sheets, I watched the cleaning lady just stretch the sheets out and fold the same comforter used by the prior person.. Someone stole my charger I left plugged into the wall lol. The bathroom smells like a public gas station toilet They’re hardly at the desk so call the number so someone can come down or you’ll be waiting forever

The staff a lady, she was so lovely. My husband booked this place for me and they even helped me get a nice down bed in a lovely room. One time I woke up really late to pee and forgot my key card, and I was so worried, she heard my voice probably but came out and helped me get sorted, that was like 3am I think. Was always checking up to ensure a lovely stay. I’ll say I’m happy.

Everything was perfect, I was worried about the music like I saw in the previous ratings but my experience was different, I didn’t hear any loud music maybe because of the location of my room but I had a peaceful time

Location...Very convenient within the city centre. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and hot showers. Good wifi and entertainment place at the venue on ground floor!... Bowling and clubbing and pool👌🥤

Repair the showers... Provide spare sandals or slides for guests if possible in the rooms (many people might forget)... and then air conditioning and the smell of the halls...It could use some room spray or renovation on floors and hallways. Its a really good place to stay at and it could use just some little upgrade

The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hostel is great. The rooms were big enough and the beds were comfortable. Even though it's a vibe of a really old hostel it had a great feeling. There is a big kitchen and Big communal areas to chill or work. It was clean and cozy.

Some nights the bass from the bar downstairs was so strong that you could hear it and the room was vibrating from it. It was too much sometimes.

Good location in city center, just 2 min walk from airport bus U2 (btw. much cheaper than bus A1) and 5 min from bus station. During my stay I didn't met any staff at reception, the door card with instructions waited for me in the bar on groundfloor. Except some noise everything was good.

Noise from the bar untill midnight but no big problem (but Fri and Sat will be probably much worse).

The property is great but I wish there were bathrooms at the first floor so guests don’t have to go to the second floor to have their bath. Aside this, the staff are great, the manager is very kind and listens to complaints from guest. Good place, enjoyed my stay.

I wish the toilet would be kept clean all the time. I found it very difficult using the toilet there because it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be.

Very central location in Bristol, plus there's a shopping street with cafés, shops and a supermarket a few steps away from the hostel. Expect bunk beds in the room but the matresses were comfy enough to rest our souls after a long day exploring Bristol and its surroundings. Bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly during our stay. If you're a light sleeper perhaps earplugs are a good option, there's a karaoke on the first floor and a bar downstairs. Although it was noisy at times we didn't have any problems in our sleep.

During our stay a few toilets were out of service. Don't expect any luminous, fancy facilities and uncorking champagne at your arrival, but for the price we paid we couldn't ask for more. Would totally recommend it.

stayed there for 2 months while I was flat hunting (never easy in Bristol). As hostels go this is definitely the best one I've stayed in. The staff are really nice and helpful and I met some awesome people there. I was actually sad to leave!
