The location Clean Ice machine in the lobby The staff at the reception are pleasant and quick.

Housekeeping knocks at 9:30 in the morning. Doesnt look too happy if you request for another half hour. The last 25-30 steps to the hotel are accessible only by foot. There are also about 10 steps to the lobby. It was fine for us but it may be a problem for some people with mobility issues. Just wanted to highlight that, incase it is helpful to other travellers. Besides this, the hotel is clean. More like a business hotel. Staff at the reception are prompt. Food at the restaurant was average.

I liked the staff who always smiled. I like that I requested an accessible room and got one. The hotel was clean.

My main issue was the absence of a fridge for an 11 night stay.. I was in a deluxe room recovering from surgery so was unable to go out for a few days. I asked two members of the team if it was possible to get a fridge as I had medication and water and food items that required to be chilled. I wasn't fit to get to the bar and get ice ,which was suggested by the staff. The other thing that bothered me was the room location. It was very dark and the only view from the window was into the multi story carpark adjacent to the building . Not a pretty sight for 11 nights.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is lovely, clean, and comfortable. Good value for money, I am overall happy with my choice in staying here and would consider returning.

Some of the room features and facilities aren't great. We were first put into a room on the 2nd floor, which didn't have an outside window and instead looked out over the restaurant. If you're going to be given a window out intobIndoor lighting and no fresh air, it should be notified and probably cheaper as it's not desirable in a room. After making a complaint and moving to a new room, the condition of the room was slightly in disrepair and had a smashed sink. The rooms have a small double and a single, which is an odd choice in place of a bigger bed. At least if it's a bit of a squeeze, you can jump into the spare bed. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean.

The whole hotel was absolutely beautiful. The decore the location and everything was just perfect.

Even bar staff. Well two of them. Reception staff and bar staff let you down (evening staff) First lot of drinks lovely staff. Giving a 1 rating for this. Waiting for 10mins second occasion on 12/8/25 at the bar. No one there. Reception man said "she will be 5mins" Came to the bar, rude, very little English told me "bar closed, can't serve these drinks" And walked off. My husband asked why not and she ignored him too. I went to the reception and asked them both "why can't you serve these drinks, and make me wait a total of 15mins if we can't have another drink" '. If you have turned off the draft, then say you can't serve spirits what can you serve". Their reply "wine or bottle beer"!!!! If that's the case you need to add a sign on the bar!!!

-the location, good for exploring the city on foot -clean and comfortable -the tea and coffee is a lovely touch -great for a short stay -quiet and private (we stayed in the printworks wing) -lovely waiting area in the lobby -after our check out, we kept our baggages with the reception as it will be another few hours before our check in at a different location and the hotel allowed this with no charges

-there are a few steps leading up to the entrance of the hotel -would've been nice to have a mini fridge -no netflix, only cable tv -lots of reviews praised the friendly staff, but I don't particularly find them very friendly, but they were not rude though -would be nice to have a few more cloth hangers -we stayed on the 8th floor, at the printworks section of the hotel and it's quite a bit of a walk with some turns from the lobby

Good location, central and close to many attractions, and about a 20 minute walk from the station. Close to one of the centres of Bristol night life, which was a lifesaver because my train was delayed and there was a kebab stand just around the corner when nothing else was open! At the same time the immediate surroundings are quiet.

I stayed for three nights. I opted for breakfast each morning and a dinner on one night. The breakfast buffet was very good, but while the staff were lovely, they were young and appeared to be inexperienced and overworked, not always able to keep an eye on things like crockery supplies and whether the coffee machines needed attention. I wouldn't bother with the dinner again, many options were not available and some of those that were, cost extra on top of what I had paid in advance.

the fact they accept cash made me very happy, Room was spacious and nice with heating that worked a nice bed and a good bathroom, cleanliness was good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and everything was very tasty (with 1 exception), the location was excellent for me as it was a very short walk to the concert I had booked, while the price was on the higher side compared with a lot of the competition it was higher quality than most hotels. Wifi was reliable

only minor issues - the card reader sensor in the lift was temperamental and struggled reading room cards at time and as such didn't move (not just mine others too), the scrambled eggs at breakfast were very unpleasant however as there was a good selection of items and everything else tasted great this wasn't a big problem, the selection of channels on the TV wasn't great however the WIFI was good so could watch stuff on my tablet.

Very comfortable and stylish bedroom, absolutely spotless, linen on bed changed frequently. The foyer and bar area of hotel very attractive and spacious. Always someone on hand at reception and in the bar. Staff all friendly and helpful. Lifts came quickly and worked unlike in some hotels I've stayed in. Quiet at night, we slept very well. We had one restaurant evening meal and one lunchtine bar meal, both were delicious. We had a slightly long wait for our lunch as the chef hadn't realised the order was there, this was more than made up for by the complementary fries that arrived completely unexpectedly. Location of hotel is exceptionally convenient for exploring Bristol.

Nothing!

The hotel was a clean, modern and fresh hotel, close to where we needed to be. An excellent choice.

if only the hotel could negotiate a better parking rate with local parking facilities, it would be appreciated. I paid £50 for two nights parking which is too much, especially when the car parks had a poor reputation for safety of the vehicles. I had liitle choice other than park where I did, (Nelson Street - most local to the hotel) as it seemed that Bristol town centre car parks had the same reputation across the board. I decided to take a chance, thankfully all was well, when I returned to my car.

The staff were excellent & very helpful to answer any questions . Hotel in a side road close to central location so it was walking distance to many of the tourist sites and transport facilities. Quiet at night . Breakfast - Buffet Great choice . Eggs & Porridge to order. Both delicious . Bedroom - Bed & pillows so comfortable. Room spacious & clean . Large Bathroom with shower no bath . Great power shower. Luggage stored as checkin at 3 checkout was at 11 . We arrived earlier and left later. Restaurant & Bar The hotel & bedrooms were very clean.

No fridge in room . We were informed only ‘executive ‘rooms had this facility! No air conditioning in room .
