Cottage was bigger than it looked on the pictures. There were 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) which was really handy. Beds were comfy. Garden was well kept and safe for our dog with seats / table so we could sit outside. Goats and chickens / ducks on site and bbq area and hot tub / sauna which wereshared amongst the cottages but never in use when we wanted to use them so it wasnt an issue that they were shared.
Some guidance on how to use the appliances would have been really useful, esp the oven. Guides on the local area / attractions nearby would be a nice touch along with a few more basics being provided in the kitchen such as cling film, washing up liquid, but just minor things, overall was a good stay.

A great location for those who need a quiet restful holiday. The keys of the farm cottage were left in the door for us, but we were also warmly welcomed by the proprietor and then we were left to enjoy the surroundings. We appreciated the information booklet supplied and tried two local pubs as recommended- The Railway and The Star-both served tasty pub food -good portions, excellent value. We loved our traditional but exceptionally well equipped farm cottage and enjoyed walking in the countryside.
We did not try the sauna or hot tub but preferred to take in the sights and sounds of the farm (goats, chickens etc) but if morning cockerels are not to your liking, best not to book!

The Cottage is very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. We didn't use the Sauna, but it was small. I loved having access to shops just around the corner and the farm was lovely, the kids enjoyed the goats and chickens! The beds were comfortable and the facilities were nice.
It was a lovely stay, only thing was we were asked to remove all the bedding and put it into bags provided by the owner. Also to empty all bins/recycling and wipe all switches. I've never had to do all the cleaning /tidying before I've left, it was time consuming so I'm glad we had a late check out!

The cottage offered a charming and restful escape from the everyday hustle. The surrounding countryside views were truly breathtaking and added to the tranquil atmosphere. The accommodations were cozy and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this delightful cottage for a peaceful getaway.
Navigating narrow lanes requires a gentle approach and heightened awareness. Please be mindful of residents and their property when driving near cottages. Reduced speed ensures the safety of everyone sharing these charming routes. Enjoy the scenic beauty, but prioritize cautious driving. Drive carefully.😊

The cottage is is a rural location and it was very dark. We were not sure we had the right place, we called the host and she jumped in her car, found us and lead us to the property. That is 5 star service. The host was so gracious and made us feel like it was no problem to lead us to the cute cottage and farm. The couches in the living room were super comfy, the WI FI was very strong. The water pressure was nice. They had a hair dryer available. The conservatory was super cute. I liked that the welcome packet was very detailed, even included local restaurants.
The beds could be upgraded. I wish cream or milk was provided for the coffee. Due to the rural location, I would recommend including a couple of food items. Perhaps a loaf of bread, or a couple of crossoints, or a few pieces of fruit. Those a very minor suggestions. The property was lovely, and comfortable, 2 bathrooms were very helpful. Parking was directly in front of the cottage.

The location was perfect and set away from busy roads etc. Very specious and impressed with all the extras ie everything you need in the kitchen and more . Good size telly in the lounge and bedrooms. Nice to see the dinning table in conservatory which gives more room in the lounge. Entrance hall is spacious and plenty of cupboard space all throughout the cottage . Shower gel and shampoo also provided plus towels .
May sound strange but not to us men… the toilet seat in the master bedroom the lid doesn’t stay up so you have to hold it up . Also in the same toilet the shower is very small compared to the other shower in the second bathroom. Thought that the shower cubicle could be made bigger. The water pressure was very low in the shower and only came out slowly. Love to of had a larger shower/toilet in master bedroom.

A lovey few days in a great cottage. Met by friendly host who was able to answer any questions. The cottage was lovely - clean and comfy with everything for a great stay - really homely feel .The garden was lovely to sit out in and well kept. In a good location with a short walk to village and the local pub .Walks in the surrounding area and close to Bath, Midsomer Norton and other interesting places. Would have liked to stay a bit longer!
Nothing that we could suggest.

The countryside and the calm for great relax because the place in itself Is unique. Away from busy roads ,noises, crowded areas .... It Is really worth going there for a relaxing holiday. And you can also see goats , ducks, hens lots of birds flying around and see and hear a cow from the nearby paddock.

There were goats and ducks right at our cottage. The host was excellent with the children and let them help feed the animals and even showed us the new ducklings.
The bathroom itself was big and bright and had a bathtub, but the shower was a bit small and had a step up into it.

A cosy cottage with a lovely big comfy bed in the main bedroom and a nice living area and bathroom. Very pretty, peaceful location.
The oven was a bit hard to understand at first and the toaster was confusing, plus we couldn’t find any proper bowls for cereal. But overall we had a lovely stay and would come again!
