Stayed here for our anniversary and we had a wonderful weekend. Breakfast on both mornings was always fresh and very tasty. Bedroom was a very good size and we slept well. Extremely clean. It did lack a mini fridge but that’s being picky. Food in the restaurant on the Saturday night was splendid. We both enjoyed our steaks. Service was exceptional and the staff were always friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a late checkout and went down to the pond at the front of the hotel. Lots of fish to see. Loved seeing the planes coming into land overhead. Plenty of parking at the property and would definitely stay here again.
The spa was smaller than we expected and the jacuzzis were also on the small side. Not enough umbrellas on the terrace with it being a very hot weekend.

Perfect hotel if you need to be near Bristol. In our case, we stayed here for a few days before part of the family was flying out from Bristol Airport. Very friendly staff, both in the bar and restaurant, as well as at the reception. Excellent parking facilities with spacious, secure, and well-lit spots right next to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant in the hotel where we had both lunch and dinner. The food was excellent, and the price-quality ratio was outstanding! In short, a very pleasant hotel!
The rooms are not very spacious and feel a bit too businesslike in terms of design. The same goes for the decor and artwork — it’s as if everything was styled by the accountant rather than a good interior designer.

Lovely hotel. Our room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed making use of the gym and spa facilities. Had lovely weather so also made use of the picnic tables by the lawn, and deck chairs by the pond. Lovely breakfast.
When we got to breakfast and gave our room number we were told breakfast wasn’t included and we would have to pay. We had booked through Booking.com and our booking confirmation showed that we had booked a room rate with breakfast included. We were told ‘this always happens’ with Booking.com bookings’. Was sorted once we showed our booking confirmation.

Hotel staff were friendly on arrival and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. The facilities were all good and well managed. Breakfast was great with a good range to cater for most tastes.
Sunday lunch at the Marco Pierre Whites Restaurant was a real letdown and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. My partner is vegetarian and ended up with a plate of carrots, peas, and red cabbage which is a far cry from a Sunday roast. Surely a restaurant in this day and age can cater for different dietary requirements. A real let down..

Nice room with a view, but toilet blocked and overflowed onto the floor and we were told this would be sorted out whilst we were at dinner, only to return 2 hours later to find it still not sorted. Then the assistant mopped it up with a towel! We were given a co.plimentary drinks voucher, though, but it was so late by this time that we just wanted to go to sleep. Restaurant was overpriced and was so dim, we had to use a torch to read the menu to order our food. Food was very late and lots of people were.complaining and having a refund, but we didn't follow suit. Food was lovely, though, but took over an hour to arrive. Spa facilities were. good and front of house staff were friendly. Great breakfast.

Our 2nd visit here and we celebrated our anniversary as we enjoyed our 1st stay so much ALL the staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful and attentive The grounds are lovely and it is easy distance to Lots of places - huge garden centre just down the road was amazing Our suite was gorgeous and the extra touch of a bottle of chilled bubbly and chocolates arranged by receptionists Lucy and Demi was such a lovely thought Breakfast was fantastic. So much choice and fresh. If you needed anything different it was not an issue to the staff We had 2 evening meals and they were also fantastic Will definitely be returning

Great location for Bristol Airport, out of town but close. Well appointed rooms with good breakfast. We didn't use any of the other facilities and we arrived late and left in the morning
It's outrageous to charge residents to park at the hotel, in my opinion. I understand for inner-city hotels that don't have their own car parks, but for a country hotel that has it's own car park, it's unusual and unreasonable. Parking should only be charged for those not staying at the hotel. It's not like you can get public transport there

The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is also good with nice little extras like a swimsuit drying machine and plastic bags. There are many steam rooms and saunas and relaxation room. The decor is nice and modern
Paying £10 for parking. But I understand as there aren’t many spaces and I imagine people leave their cars there’s for functions etc We found food under the sofa bed but only found that we lost the remote control and had to lift everything up. Netflix didn’t work on the tv. But I’m scrapping the barrel now…

Staff make a good hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard hotel cooked breakfast.
The only down side was i had the steak baguette in the bar and there was far too much salt in it, but if it had not been over salted, it would have been great. The fries had been slated too - you need to ask rather than just salt everything. Several of my colleagues also commented about too much salt in everything too, before they knew i'd also thought this, so i had not planted the idea in their minds. The breakfast bacon was dried out - cooked in an oven by the look and taste or left under heat lamps too long.

Breakfast was ok
The reception staff Lucy and Rebecca manager( although I have to say very poor in customer relations), they were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. They advised check in was at 4 and rooms not ready which is fine, nothing else was said they moved on to other guests whom they advised of the services they could use, where to go etc. I had travelled with friends from London for a friend's wedding. After 10/15 minutes we spoke to a trainee who did a pre check in, told us we could use the clubhouse to change. This is not the experience I expect when paying good money for a hotel of your standard this was racism at it's finest which spoiled my experience.
