Being a 16 bed dormitory, and close to the road, It is not the quietest. But you can manage with sleep masks and headphones. But I will rate excellent for the clean room and beddings, enough wash rooms and shower rooms. They used to be clean with enough toiletries always. For 18 pounds, you cant beat this for "value for money" in Bristol.

Never seen all beds filled. So slightly reducing the number of beds will help to leave enough space to access each bed. Some beds are too soft and sagging But not a deal breaker considering the cost. They always used to accommodate request to change the bed if there is availability.

The Hostel has a very good location. Close to every significant point of the city. By the riverside, very close to restaurants and bars. The Shuttle bus from the airport stops and leaves at the same street where the hostel is. The room was clean, the bathroom looked recently renovated.

The room was next to a busy road, and the windows were untight. You could hear all the noises from the street - cars, people shouting. I stayed there in September so it was still rather warm, only the mornings were cold. But I cannot imagine sleeping there during winter. First time I also encounter a charge for a hairdryer.

The staff in the the reception was nice. The shared toilet and shower was clean when I arrived, and the sink was stocked with tissue rolls and handwash. There were also hooks in the toilet to hang your clothes, unlike other hostels. The private room I got was small, as expected, because it's a hostel, but more imporrtantly, it's clean. There are also hooks on the wall to hang things, and there's a small table cabinet. Just a few steps away, there's a bus stop where you can take the A1 Bristol Airpost bus 24/7.

Timed heater 😐 There was an option to turn on "Boost" for 2 hours. I used this before I went to sleep. But then when I woke up, it's cold, so I have to "Boost" the heater again.

The establishment was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and the premises secure. Superb location next to the Harbour and only around a 10-minute walk to the O2 Academy and other central venues. Handy newsagent / off-licence right across the road if in need of supplies. The Harbourside Desi Kitchen & Bar adjoining the hostel was a vibrant place offering authentic Indian cuisine with a 10% discount for hostel guests. Overall, an enjoyable and pleasant stay. Many thanks:)

A lack of taps providing drinking water. However, bottled water can easily be purchased from the reception or the shop across the road.

It’s so incredibly cheap, safe, warm and clean but also quite holistic, no food or drink is allowed in the rooms, there’s a Desi-Kitchen downstairs where you can purchase excellent quality authentic Indian Food to consume in the Hostel’s restaurant/cafe. The showers and toilets are hygienically clean and work perfectly, bring your own soap, towels and eau de toilette etc.

We couldn’t take food or drink into the rooms - but this is why the hotel is so clean, there’s a pleasant aroma that’s clinically clean and also holistic.

There Is A £20 Cash Deposit. It is in the description however I missed it so others might too Very budget friendly Close enough to amenities

The ATM was broken at the time of visiting The beds were very close together and less privacy than a lot of hostels, as per the photos

The staff was really nice and helpful, everything was clean and the location was great. I initially booked a 10 bed dorm, but then realized I would be sleeping with only men, which didn't feel so safe as a solo female traveler. I asked if it was possible to be in another room, with women preferably, and they agreed immediately, which was nice. I do feel like solo female travelers should be immediately put with other women, or warned about mixity in dorms... overall was a lovely stay, thanks a lot !

It was my second stay here so it tells that I like the value provided. You have what you pay for: Good clean bed to spend a night and that's all. I am only surprised to pay for the towel (that is still something unusual in the industry)

Definitely towels should be included in the price. No one likes this hidden fees and after the guest is gone there are always whites to wash so I see no sense to pay for it separately.

This accommodation was exactly what I needed for a short stay. The price was incredibly affordable, making it an excellent option for budget travelers. I was just looking for a place to rest for the night, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided all the basic amenities I needed. If you’re seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly place to stay, I highly recommend this spot. It’s perfect for anyone needing a simple and economical option.

Quite and clean.

location was perfect, walking distance to the center and easy access to all shops and buses (including the bus to the airport!), beds were comfy and plenty charging ports. the hostel feels like a bit of a maze to navigate but very clearly signposted and easy to get around (i loved the layout personally!), all the bathrooms are private too so even if the one by your room was occupied you just had to find another on the same floor. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, i couldn't rate them highly enough. my flight was delayed over 2 hours which meant i couldn't make last check-in, i gave them a ring to ask if there's anything i could do and they said they'd wait up at the desk so i could still get in. true enough it ended up being 1am by the time i arrived and the staff got me sorted. gave me scran recommendations too as i was checking out! this was was my first time in bristol and despite the chaos of travelling (which had nothing to do with the hostel of course!) i had a great time and would definitely stay here again if i'm down in the future.

honestly not much! the room was very warm even with the window open but i still slept like a log, the bathrooms could've been a little cleaner but they were still fine
