We arrived early and were able to park at the hotel, however the parking isn't plentiful so luck is a factor. Price of parking we felt was fair however and the car park is secure. The hotel was easily accessible and well presented. Any staff interactions were pleasant and professional. Room was simple and well presented, everything needed for an overnight stay was provided, and there was plenty of room to move about. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted great.

Not really a 'dislike' but little things not worth complaining about, but maybe the hotel could look at. - Our room door needed to be pulled tight closed, and on occasion, we returned to the room and found we hadn't closed the door properly, and it could be opened without the key card.mayne worth having a notice to remind you to pull the door tight? - Toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. Screw needed to be tightened. Nothing major but just some you think may have been seen to. - No wash cloth in bathroom - The TV guide was wiped from the tv. We went channel hopping to find something to watch.

Nice scent everywhere. Good location. Nice staff. Great coffee for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Nice ice-cream after dinner.

Very small bathroom. Broken light in a shower, still flashing, impossible to switch it off separately from a bathroom light. Too tired to solve it, but for such a hotel I count on everything to be all right. Breakfast was nice, but nothing special (but the coffee!) We both had digestive difficulties after dinner, which was nice, but again, nothing special for that price. I was a little bit surprised by the chipped furniture. I was in a 4star hotel in Bath two days before my Hilton visit, which was a lot better.

Your staff went above and beyond anything we could of wished for my partner is disabled and the gentleman on reception was amazing he even offered to post a letter for us on his way home as we asked where the nearest post box was sorry I can’t remember his name he was an older gentleman and was so lovely and kind

Just the location for us for most people it would be fine but as my partner can’t walk far without serious pain we found it a little out of the way for the town centre and had to book taxis although I’m sure for most other guests this would not be an issue as close to most things train station and city centre

Substantial breakfast, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses were fresh and appealing, as were the pastries and fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The restaurant is also light and airy. We had dinner in the restaurant on two nights out of the three of our stay. The meals were freshly made and of high quality, again served by friendly staff. What we particularly liked about this hotel is that it has a relaxed atmosphere and is not so big as to make it impersonal. Added to that, the staff throughout the hotel are extremely helpful. Reception staff were welcoming and always ready to provide information about the city, means of transport and places to visit. Overall, a most pleasant stay!

Super lovely staff, both reception and bar. Bed was huge and the bedding so soft. Loved that it was one huge blanket, rather than two smaller blankets like most hotels do. Location was superb, because we arrived by train and its literally next door, yet no noise from the trains whatsoever. Loved the hand soap and hand cream, they smelled divine. And we were able to leave our bag for the day and pick it up later before our train. Will definitely be back.

Not a big thing, but wished there were herbal tea options in the room.

Reception staff were lovely, they allowed me to benefit from my hilton status when I linked my account to this booking (no points but still got breakfast which I'm grateful for), good location which allowed us to walk into town and also to an event we were attending in the evening. Room and bathroom were clean, wifi worked well.

The breakfast area isn't large enough to accommodate everyone. When we arrived we had to wait for a table to be freed up as all of them were busy, we then had to queue for the hot items (some of which ran out causing people to wait longer). The staff in the breakfast area were doing their best and working really hard but they could have done with an extra person and more tables

Location of hotel easy to find and close to all places we wanted to visit. Great for parking. Staff on arrival very efficient, helpful and friendly. Good length of time for breakfast, which had good choice of food and was very tasty. Were not pushed out at 10.00am but warned they were due to close if we needed more. Once again staff helpful and friendly. Bathroom a little tight but adequate.

A bottle of water in room would have been appreciated. Marks on side of fridge cupboard a bit unsightly. Definitely warm plates for breakfast food so it didn’t get cold too quickly. Very, very noisy door closure that caused disturbance with late comers at night.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, lovely vegan breakfast (didn't like the mushrooms - no flavour- but the rest was great), Crabtree & Evelyn vegan toiletries, lovely fresh smell around the hotel and on the sheets (although this might irritate skin for some).

Quite expensive for what it was (compared to similar room standard in Moxy Plymouth). Poor choice of TV channels and no apparent way to connect to own Netflix/Prime/YouTube. Rooms located on relatively noisy ground floor - one between gym and toilets. Not much choice of teas in room - could have herbals. Terrible car park - so difficult to find the way in, too small, and once in to check for space, had to reverse most of way back out. Difficult to get to the hotel from busy city centre roads - took us a good half hour to find our way in, even when we could see where it was.

Nice location next to temple gardens, quiet even though it had a city location. The hotel atrium had a beautiful smell. Room decor was good for a hotel and the use of blue for the pictures of Bristol a subtle nod to Bristol Blue pottery maybe we thought. The pillows and duvet were really comfy. Helpful and friendly staff.

A minor issue but the pump of the hand wash dispenser near the basin didn’t work so it was messy getting soap from it .

Warm friendly welcome, helpful reception staff whenever approached. Smooth lift. Spacious room, great storage space, lovely shower, pillows softer than any I have found before! Restaurant was quiet, reasonable range on offer for breakfast, but again friendly welcome from staff. Location is very convenient for train station and only 10 minutes walk into city centre.

Because my stay was over Christmas, the menu in the restaurant was more limited than probably available at other times. Though the food was still good !!
