A great location in central Bristol with easy access to the old city and the waterfront, this well-equipped and spacious apartment was comfortable and quiet. We were able to do a bit of laundry before heading out to explore the city and, when we returned, we had a cozy, big bed to settle into. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom (though it took a bit of experimenting to figure out the tap) and lots of towels to last for our three day stay. Access was easy and the WIFI was good. Would stay here again.

We did turn on the TV once and the reception was not great. This is not a problem for us as we don't travel to new cities to watch TV but it might be worth addressing for other visitors.

It was calming,cosy and comfortable. Loved the Canal View and extra complimentary touches-sound bar/table vase/information books/bathroom products/washing up liquid etc. Liked how the studio apartment was set out-quality furniture. Easy walk to city/bus/train-great location. Easy check in/out and prompt reply to any queries. A very relaxing stay and would definitely stay again.

Could have done with instructions for washing machine-was on for hours! There is a gap under the door to the room and light from the landing shone through-I wear an eye mask so didn’t cause any problems and the floor we were on was quiet so had no further issues.

It was spacious and clean in a great location.

The communication from property was a bit slow. When we booked we were told we would get an email a few days before arrival date but we still hadn’t heard from them On the morning of arrival even though I sent them a message a day before asking for an earlier check in and explaining we had no communication from them. We ended up having to phone a number for help when we arrived in Bristol. It was explained that as we used booking. Com they wouldn’t contact us till a payment went through. They did get back to me quickly after the phone call but it would have been good to have been told that from day one to elevate any confusion.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in SACO House. It is right on the heart of Bristol and right on the water - everything is right outside your door. Check-in worked perfectly - we were texted the door code and the safe code and our pass keys were waiting in an envelope. The first-floor room was large with kitchen, washing machine, high ceilings and front street, first floor views down on the canal. The unit is modern with good hot water pressure and a very comfortable bed. The wifi was easy to access and worked perfectly. The building has the smallest lift I've ever been in, but that's more quirky than a problem. It worked perfectly and just needed relays to get all our luggage up. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Location was great near lots of cafes , shops . Very roomy apartment and very clean . Adrian was the manager and extremely responsive , attentive and helpful. Lovely view and quiet enough even though lots happening below on the street. Bathroom large with great bath. Beautiful old building restored . Bed was very comfortable.

The lift is small but big enough for one person and bags or two people. However it does the job. Parking is tricky but did not affect us as we walked and used uber. Easy drop off out the front of apartment. Could do with coffee making appliance but lots of nearby places to buy coffee.

Everything was perfect! The location was great! The check-in (even late at night) and check-out were seamless. The apartment was very clean and comfy and with a nice view of the river. Literally everything was perfect and I don't have any negative thing to say about it. I definitely recommend this!

Loved the location and having all the hustle and bustle on the doorstep. Very clean and the customer service (Ricky) was excellent. This is the first time I’ve stayed somewhere alone and I felt very safe.

Nothing. I was at the front so was noisy (Saturday night) - it didn’t affect me as I’m used to it normally but if you’re looking for a quieter room I’d request a ‘back’ room. I had a water view so swings and roundabouts!

Spacious studio, comfortable bed, good shower. Centrally located with plenty of options for places to eat within a very short walk. Nice view out over the river.

There was a bit of noise from the apartment above, but it didn't go on for too long. Aside from when the bins with the wine bottles from the wine bar across the street were being emptied, the secondary glazing is pretty effective at keeping out noise from the riverside.

Apartment was fantastically clean and amazingly quiet; location was brilliant, lots of cafes and bars as well as close to central sites. Apartment (10) was huge, warm and well equipped. WiFi strong.

The parking we were advised of was closed (permanently) and only 1 hour, no return,parking in the day time available. Pressure in shower 6pm and 8am was very very low - and at 6pm could not get hot water from shower. As shower had it's own megaflow we thought this was a bit strange. Also lights flickered when fridge motor came on.

We recently stayed at this accommodation and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the necessary amenities were provided including a small kitchen area, which was very useful. The location was ideal and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
