Central location, close to harbour and city centre. Staff are always pleasant and helpful

Not being able to check in until 3.00pm is a bit of a nuisance when you're only staying overnight and want to spend the day out and about, but the staff were happy to take our bags and keep them safe while we went out for a while. Couldn't see why we had to pay an extra £5 for a twin room, when I had already paid to upgrade. Moreover, the room we were given first had a double bed and we had to return to reception and be allocated a different room with twin beds, as requested and confirmed at the time of booking. Minor glitches, but we paid a premium price and expected everything to be right.

Parking was easy to drop off bags. Plus the arrangement with near-by 24hr parking offering 50% discount was great. The location was excellent for the central warf amenities. I would recommend this hotel. As we always have a "Do not disturb" notice on our door. And for the whole stay of 4 days. We were pleased that each day there was a tote bag hung outside with fresh towels and a toilet roll. That was appreciated.

Nothing, as it exceeded our expectations. As we did not book "a room with a view" the view from our window was not an issue at all.

Very comfortable bed. Very good TV and bathroom. Great breakfasts and bar facilities. Staff very friendly, professional, welcoming. Really good location for entertainments and sights of central Bristol.

Layout of furniture in the room and shortage of storage space. Inaccessible wardrobe, wardrobe entrance difficult because of a fixed table partially covering the entrance. One of the two shelves in the wardrobe was too high for either of us to reach easily, so storage space in the room very inadequate. No drawers at all in the room. Also, only one chair.

The hotel is close to the city centre harbourside. Easy access to the vast amount of buses to get around Bristol. The room was pretty big, the bed was comfy, spacious bathroom. WiFi was ok - depending on how many people were using it at the same time (even though I had high speed internet access).

air conditioning was there but the circulation of the air within the whole room was pretty bad. So there were really cold and really hot areas in the same room. But that's the only little thing.

Almost the furthest room from the lift, no circular route, so no shorter option. The vac formed bathroom is ok, but lacks anything nice. If I've asked for the room to not be cleaned and help out by not using as much water, of washing towels etc, why is it that you put a whole set of towels and toilet roll on the outside of the door everyday? Seems to be defeating the point? I'm glad that I spoke to someone at the desk when I arrived, they informed me about the car parking discount that you have with local car parks that I hadn't found anywhere on your website whilst booking.

Great location wise, easy to access and to park, in a city center that's just perfect. On arrival we were met with a smile, a young gentleman with great customer service, do feel slightly bad cannot remember the gentleman's name but he was checking us in whilst I believe perhaps training a much younger gentleman at the time. The hotel is basic but completely understandable if you're looking for a quick stop off with great location this is your place.

The only downfall was the heating system or aircon unit in the room, unfortunately it might have had a broken fan or something because it just clicked constantly when on. Thankfully we didn't need it and we'd never mentioned it to reception at the time as it wasn't a big issue, If perhaps it was too cold or hot we would have mentioned but we didn't require it to be on so.

1 night stay with my mum, to go to the Bristol hippodrome. Excellent hotel very warm welcome, nothing to much trouble. 10/10

Waiter in the breakfast restaurant could have been a bit happier, i asked him if there was anymore bacon coming out as the warmer was empty, but he didn't reply to me just walked out into the kitchen to get some more, thought was a bit rude. ☆ perhaps the prunes could go with the Yoghurt & Fruit ☆ Disappointed as no Marmite ☆ Disappointed as only Butter no Low fat/plant spread available, & for someone like me watching their weight , or high cholesterol. Butter not a healthy option, when you had all the healthy fruits, yoghurt, & different milks.

The location was brilliant and we appreciated the car parking in Millenium Square and the discount arrangement worked very well. The room was good, and quiet, (we are familiar with Ibis hotels from travelling in France), BUT the bathroom door didn't shut; it appeared to have been forced at some point and there was a projecting screw - forgot to mention this at the time. I thought the breakfast offered a good selection, though my husband was iffy about his scrambled eggs! We'd stay there again.

Pretty good all round. Funny thing was I thought I'd booked a different Ibis near Temple Meads station - fortunately I realised my mistake in time! This was slightly less well located in relation to my programme but it worked fine in the end. Room on the top floor was nice and quiet and the lift was very efficient

Quite an honestly hard to think of anything much. I found the TV a bit awkward at times but learnt to live with it.

The room was excellent once I was moved to what I had asked for which was a front-facing room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows, as always, exceptional. The location is ideal for anything in the Centre or Harbour area of Bristol. Breakfast was ok but for £13 [paid for my guest who only came for breakfast] there was not a lot of choice of items, eg only scrambled egg and no black pudding. But overall it was all very good and I would stay again.
