Nice clean and tidy room with it's own access and comfortable bed. The large bathroom was accessed via a small private hallway. Not a problem, just unusual. The pub is located at the top of town, so just a short walk to the river, shops, castle or whatever. There's parking available in a pay car park about fifty yards away and it wasn't too pricey. I stayed on a day when the pub wasn't open, so it's quite hard to offer much of an opinion on anything else, but, all in all, a good stay.

Did not expect to have so much room!! We were extremely happy when we got into the room and found out we had a double bed each! Neatly presented and everything in working order

A bit annoying to have to go out of the room for the toilet (however it was very clean!) Shower head attachment was broken so had to hold it while showering

Great that it had a microwave and basic kitchen essentials available, 2 double beds and a sofa for comfort.

It is up 2 flights of fire escape stairs which with a small baby and pram were not easy to navigate as a solo parent

John and his mother were very accommodating. The room was immaculate. Hospitality was on point. John is a proffesional dart player aka The Womble! I beat him! Lol only joking! On a serious note the place was amazing. Look forward to staying there again. Thank you!

Lovely room yes its a pub but don't let that fool you there us a rear entrance and you don't hear a word from downstairs the place is beautiful clean great location and the staff were very helpful

Other than we could've shared the bathroom if there were other guests but you are told this on booking

The location was excellent, beds were lovely and clean and ever so comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike, no faults at all. The only thing that didn't work is the bedside lamp.

Very large room with two double beds. Well equipped mini kitchen . Satellite TV. Landlord and daughter were friendly and helpful

No en suite bathroom, but the other two flats were unoccupied so we had sole use of very smart bathroom

The room was immaculately clean. They had a bath. Sky sports.

Did not know about the live music at the venue till after we paid. Said on the welcome information that it could go on till 3 am because of the bank holiday.

Good size room. Kettle, microwave etc was provided.

Access was tricky (up a fire escape, a couple of coded door locks). We had some noise from doors slamming closed when other guests used the toilet and bathroom.
