Lovely spacious room! Great value! Plenty of parking! Easy to find. Beds are comfortable, and that's something I usually struggle with! My only suggestion for the twin rooms, are to have 2 chairs in the room if possible. Having just one, seems a bit odd. Especially if you want to sit and eat at the desk/table etc. There is plenty of space in the room for a second chair. So hopefully it's something we will see in the future. As we would love to stay again when the opportunity arises!

All the booking confirmations, stated a check out time of 11am... However on arrival (and signposted in the actual room) stated 10am. Little bit gutted about that. Especially with a late night, could have really done with the extra hour in bed. It got our hopes up, for a later start to a Sunday, only for it to be shot down when arriving.

The staff here were lovely, they were happy to help and really welcoming. We ate in the pub and the food was good and very reasonably priced. The bedrooms are basic but clean and accessible at all times without bothering anybody. They were secure and private, not too much noise from the road from our rooms. There was plenty of parking. We took a nice walk in the evening, the road is tricky to cross but there's a lovely view of the estuary, a playground and another nice pub nearby.

The rooms are not in the pretty pub pictured, but in grey concrete buildings next to it. There is no playground in the pub as stated in the listing, and there were no hairdryers. Turns out this is predominantly used by passing lorry drivers so the language was a bit spicy for kids by the early evening! The beds in the twin room were so soft it would give anyone over the age of thirty a bad back. If it wasn't for the lovely staff I think we might not have enjoyed our stay as much as we did.

Great friendly and helpful staff. We were treated by a young lady at the bar who welcomed us and showed us to our room. We had a drink and stayed in the restaurant area. Again, the service was great and food was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable with a great selection of hot drinks.

The room was so noisey, neither of us slept. 5am we got ourselves showered (which was clean) and we left. My husband also became quite ill and that was another reason we left early as we went straight to Southmead A&E. If you sleep light this accommodation isn't for you. Other than that, great place :)

Convenient arrival as we enjoyed a drink as soon as we got here. Small plates were our choice to go alongside our drinks and there were extremely delicious especially enjoyed the scotch egg😋. The whole staffing team are very friendly from the waitress to the bar staff they look after you very well. Food stops for a small time late afternoon but again this was not a problem we happily sat in the lovely snug area with drinks&snacks. Bed was so soft we had a lovely nights sleep.

Liked being at the back of the hotel room 3 as you were away from road only problem with one window was I struggled for air as i have MS not really a dislike just my own problem. Floors above are very creaky, we must of stayed here with others that had early flights as many of the guests were moving around from 2-4am but again you hear it but it didn't really disturb us that much.

The location was good and easy to find. There was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and the food was really good. The room fresh and clean and the bed was really comfy.

You have to go to the hotel next door to have breakfast which was ok but not good value for money. I would have liked to have breakfast on site, as the food was very good at dinner. The room was ok but a bit squashed with two beds in it. I was on my own so it wasn’t too bad but two adults being in it would be a bit of a squash, but that just my opinion. It was ok for just somewhere to sleep. It did get a bit noisy when people came out of the pub.

Perfect location for what we needed and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Free on-site parking and excellent food- which was badly needed when we arrived. We would certainly say here again if we were in the area.

The TV in our room did not work properly, but we told staff about this when we found out (which was at about 10pm) and they replaced the TV while we were out the following day- which was all we could have asked for- so no real complaint!

The only slight problem was that even though you, booking.com had confirmed we had booked a twin room the swan had from you a double room booking. However a twin was available so it was changed kindly and quickly We were greeted warmly, shown to our rooms kindly. Room basic but comfor table bed and everything clean. We have good pub food in the bar and it was very close to our final destination - Bristol assembly hall.

For the price it was oerfect

I can't comment on 'breakfast' in this question as your website made it clear you do not provide breakfast, but it might be helpful to display a notice giving nearby places that offer breakfast. As I was travelling home in Sussex I breakfasted at Leigh Delamere Services on M4.

It took me at least 20 minutes to cope with the TV remote. We have a Samsung smart TV at home with a very different layout on it's remote. May I suggest you take an A4 sheet of paper, trace round your remote and put arrows alongside pointing to, for example 'broadcast channels', 'station guide', 'volume', 'radio stations', 'change stations up\down' etc. A photocopy in each room would not be too costly. A chair would have been welcome.

Very close to the Motorway, very friendly staff. Very quick service in the restaurant. Very comfy bed and pillows. Very welcoming with a good vibe. Pretty outside seating area with lovely flowers.

Bedroom door (8) wouldn’t close or open properly, unless you threw your weight against it, making one heck of a noise. No shelf in the bathroom (toiletries had to go on the floor). Toilet cistern kept running into the toilet a few times, had to keep flushing it to make it stop. Worst of all was the noise from the room above, obviously no insulation as we could even hear them talking and using the loo!

I had two meals in the swan restaurant and they where both amazing I've never had such lovely fish and chips which was still hot at very last mouthful and the 10oz Sirloin was cooked to perfection and well presented. I had breakfast in hotel next door booked by the Swan management and it was of a really hi standard, Room was clean and I was on ground floor but had no noise from the pub.

Nothing I didn't like at this hotel it was a lot better then premier inn and or travel lodge. Tea and coffee in the room but nothing I didn't like about the stay.
