The location was ideal as my mum, sister and I needed easy access to Bristol to visit a my dad in hospital and the apartment made a great base for us to do that. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. As we booked in a hurry at short notice due to our circumstances, we hadn't registered that the main bathroom doesn't have a shower but we managed fine all using the one in the en-suite. It was also great having a good selection of shops and eateries within close range.

Wasn't enough of an issue to warrant contacting the host, but we couldn't work out how to get the living room heater to come on when we went chilly one evening, despite reading the instruction manual in the info-pack (it could've been "operator error"!).

Location - did not do my homework well enough as we needed drive approx 40min to visit attractions but Bristol is spread out & the river makes for many diversions, thus needed the car, Park & Ride stations and buses - all take time. We survived

Clean, modern, comfy beds. Close to transport. Parking.

Doors - Not a great layout. The opposite to open-plan! On entering the flat, one is greeted by 6 closed doors to the various rooms. None of the doors could be left open, and they all slammed if left to close on their own. So could not talk to each other whilst in different rooms. Also could not open fridge without closing the kitchen door.

Good location, not too noisy, spacious and well maintained. Beds were comfortable too. The host was a real gem. We needed to extend our check out at a short notice and she was so kind and happy to do it. This meant a lot to us. We were very comfortable in the flat.

Water went cold and it took us a while to figure out / see the instructions on why to do but eventually we got it back running hot.

The apartment was warm and comfortable with well equiped kitchen and comfortable soft furninshings and bed. There was a good supply of hot water, and the shower had good pressure. It was also a bit more spacious than the photos make it look.

There were a few minor things that were not well maintained, like the butterfly hook to secure the roman blind in the bedroom. The hook was coming out of the wall - the raw plugs need to be changed. There was rust round the drainage plug in the bathroom sink. Only little things, but still...not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the accommodation which was lovely.

Comfortable and very clean. Wasn’t expecting towels or toiletries, so that was nice. Contact phone number was answered promptly and very friendly helpful response. Easy parking.

The beds were a bit squeaky and the sofa wasn’t all that comfortable.

Apartment is large and comfortable and equipped with everything you might want. Very well located for the motorway and has a supermarket very close by. The street was quiet, the neighbors mostly were too. Good communication from the management company and easy check in and check out.

The doors inside the apartment. They all close automatically and some door stops would have been nice. Might be a fire safety thing I understand... Some oil to cook with would also be useful. The hot tap in the bathroom also needs looking at. These are small complaints though, overall was happy with my stay.

This is not the hosts' fault, but updating the POI on Google to be more accurate would help. It would be easy in the daylight, but our Uber dropped us off at the slightly wrong place, and it took a while to orientate ourselves.

The cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the apartment. Very tidy and spacious.

Being kicked out early despite changing the booking online to 3pm and having to leave at 12:30pm as well as having a impolite conversation with a woman on the phone and didn't even give us a chance to explain it. Overall made us feel rushed and unwelcome in the end. Which really gave us a sour taste upon leaving the property.

The flat is part of a multi property block with a communal entrance. This is clearly subject to some abuse and a casual approach by other users. The property location facing a ring road roundabout which, while convenient for road travel, might not suit some.
