Great modern facilities, with lovely toiletries, high tech hair styling and good hot drink facilities. We will definitely stay again. The location is ideal and the food at the restaurant is really tasty, and has great options for people requiring gluten free.

The rooms are finishing to a really high standard, the hair dryer and straighteners are a great addition! Complimentary tea and coffee in the bar/reception was great! All of the staff were friendly, room was really clean , good parking. The hot and cold water taps in the corridor were great also!

The pillows on the beds weren't great, but maybe thats personal preference, whilst the coffee bags were replaced each morning we weren't given any milk which meant we did have to go and buy some, the air con control was quite difficult to use, which either meant the room was freezing or red hot, minor things over all

Such a great little hotel. Consistent sleek modern finish throughout the whole building - even the corridors are nice! Love how comfy the beds are and the pillows and duvets feel luxurious too. Love the room layouts. Last time I stayed in a double room and it was perfect; this time stayed in a 4 bunk room and it was almost perfect - but would have been nice to have a couple armchairs like the double room had, as sitting on the bunk beds is a bit awkward. Bathroom is really nice, FANTASTIC waterfall shower with great water pressure and easy to control temperature. It was hot in Bristol this week, so the air-con meant we had a really comfortable stay. Stand-outs from other hotels - The hot / cold water taps in the corridors. So convenient to get a quick hot cuppa in the morning, and also refilling my water bottle with really cold water. The reception desk is a real fantastic all-rounder - fast check-in, great choice of snacks, PLUS popped down at 10pm and got 2 delicious cocktails prepared there and took them up to our room because the kids were asleep (even though you can sit down stairs which is a really nice vibe). Basically - great place for a great price.

One slight annoyance was it took ages to get my phone to connect to the tv via the app. I gave up trying after5 minutes as we were going out anyway. However, I did send a message asking for help on the mollies app chat and got a reply 14 minutes later. When we got back we got it connected pretty easily!

We recently stayed at Mollie Motel and Diner and were really impressed. The property has a fresh, modern feel, and the rooms were a great size. A lovely surprise was finding a Dyson hair dryer and GHD straighteners in the room – such a thoughtful touch! The reception/bar area was very welcoming, with free tea and coffee available, plus games to keep the children entertained. There’s also a lovely outdoor space, perfect for relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better – right next to a bus stop with direct routes into the city centre, making it really convenient for exploring. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to be working, which made it a little uncomfortable at night and after a hot shower. However the window opens so allowed air into the room. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed, as everything else was excellent.

Overall i loved this place and would come back. I felt so impressed with lots of things but especially with the cleanliness, decor and atmosphere of the motel. The room and corridor smelt lovely and the shower gel in the bathroom too. I wish I could have bought some to take home!

The beds and pillows were not awful, but i felt they didn't match the tone of the place so could do with softer, more plush bed and bedding as they were not too comfy. Even though it's great that there's hairdryer and straightners in the room buf there's no kettle in the bedroom so you have to go out down the hallway to get hot water from the specific tap which can be inconvenient. We couldn't find the lift so we had to walk up and down stairs with heavy bags

Everything- exceeded expectations (don’t be put of by it being named a “motel”). Bedrooms were fantastic with the most amazing shower, huge room, huge bed, gorgeous toiletries…….communal/ bar was amazing- lots of inside space, great choice of drinks, fantastic outside patio….staff were all so helpful and friendly……food in the diner was excellent quality and a brilliant choice - breakfast was delicious- we were a group booking for a 25 year reunion and it couldn’t have been better…… great location off the M5 - we travelled from all over the UK so great for airport/ Bristol parkway - loads of parking- we have had the most amazing weekend.

Nothing - the only word of caution is that is v v popular so make sure you book supper and breakfast - it wasn’t a problem, but might be if you don’t know….

This was my second visit to Mollies although the price has gone up quite a bit between visits I still chose to stay here due to easy access, free parking and having had a previous positive experience. Positives: very comfy bed, good black out curtains, decent shower, quiet room. Like the messaging facility though response time was slow. Very clean and tidy with everything you need.

Negatives: air con not working, even when the temp was lowered centrally by reception it still didn't work. Ended up having to switch rooms after I was already in my PJs when I would have been sleeping. Got an apology but as the price is more than budget now I would have hoped for some sort of compensation. Shower door leaked so flooded bathroom A lot of stairs to climb with luggage

We had a wonderful stay at Mollie’s Motel & Diner! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short drive from Bristol, making it super convenient whether you’re exploring the city or passing through. There’s a large free parking area where finding a spot was always easy, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, creating such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The diner on-site is also fantastic, it’s a great spot to grab a bite, and we really enjoyed the delicious shakes and food. Our room was spacious, clean. The bed deserves a special mention, it was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, making it very hard to leave in the morning! We would absolutely recommend Mollie’s to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay near Bristol. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
