Well, appointed studio flat in a great location. Everything you needed for a couple of nights stay. Bed really comfortable and the tea and coffee was a great addition. Also nice to have a full size fridge and a dishwasher if needed forlonger stays.

The checkin process was so much more complicated than it could be. Not inclusive for people who do not have smart phone. There was a key in a lockbox so not sure why you need to have the hassle of a virtual key!! download app before you arrive as wifi not good. Also i had no hot water and the electric shower was luke warm to cold.🥶

Everything was great, clean, tidy. Had everything I needed and more. Would book again.

Niggly issues were Couldn't work out which apartment I'd been allocated (needs to be in email and obvious) as only on the entrance app once I'd got into it. Had a bit of trouble working out how to use door opening app (which I wasn't keen on), but helpdesk were great helping me out. There were too many doors. I was on my own carrying several bags (as it was Christmas) and there's a front door, door to get into outside hallway, another door into inside hallway and final door to get into flat. Also entrance keypad number didn't work on back door from carpark, which would have been much shorter walk than right around building to front entrance.

The studio apartment was easy to find and had plenty of parking, on my stay! Everything was there that I needed and the little coffee machine was an added bonus. I downloaded an app which gave me access to the main door and apartment door, really easy & a great idea.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property and was really happy with its location. It is situated in a nice and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights is the wide selection of food places nearby. There are a couple of supermarkets in the vicinity, making it convenient for any essentials you might need. The property is also close to several attractions, such as the zoo, which adds to the overall appeal. On top of that, the hosts were readily available via WhatsApp chat and were exceptionally kind and courteous. They provided great support and were very accommodating in amending my booking dates when some of my plans fell through. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby, along with excellent host support.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was an easy walking distance from Clifton Downs, which is the primary reason for selecting it because we were attending a concert there.

I did not like the fact that I had to download an app to find out the number of the apartment we were staying in and even then the number of the apparent was not obvious, so I had to call. The strict 4pm check-in was also something I did not like. There were a bit too many emails sent in advance - one to remind me that my stay was coming and to confirm the stay, one to check in, one to give us access info, and then another one telling me that I needed to actually download an app to get in. Just as we settled, we received another email asking us to tell them when we were checking out the next day....I found all that a bit excessive.

Very easy check in and key collection process. Property boasts a lot of features, an actual SMART TV with loaded apps (not a regular flat screen TV with freeview), has a washer dryer (that comes with bars for free), dishwasher etc so great for medium stays of up to a week. Parking available (limited and tight squeeze, not an issue for good drivers (; ). Free Wi-Fi (NOT a communal hotspot like every other place mis advertise. Aesthetically pretty apartment, loads of space, hair dryer, iron and board, vacuum cleaner and a state of the art coffee machine. For the price I'd take this accommodation over any hotel chain (Travelodge, Premier Inn, Leonardo) any day of the YEAR, this has double the features and luxury for nearly half the price if the agency are doing promo deals or you're a Level 3 ++ member like myself.

Cellular signal is non existent in the area, I actually had to leave the apartment, walk for some time and call the agency to get the Wi-Fi password as I couldn't receive even a text message, let alone access the internet. The apartment I stayed in, the bathroom window if opened is eye level view with the street and people walking in/out the complex, so privacy?? Limited availability. Needs a bus to get into centre (44 minutes walk)

Property well contained, had everything required and more, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and great location; had to contact property management a couple of times, once because was unsure how to enter the property and the flat number and another time once had checked out as thought I had left something there. On both occasions very polite and easy to deal with. Parking at the back.

The property was on the ground floor and backed onto the car park, would have been more private if there had been slatted blinds at the windows rather than curtains. Also, felt blinds would have provided more security.

Was very well equipped and cared for. Modern and tidy. Easy to find. The electric key fob entry, downloading the app and waiting for the details did not work. It took all day of going backwards and forwards with the office for them to decide that I could use the manual key entry but it was made clear that they were not happy about that as it wasn’t their preference even though I was not in control of receiving that data.
