Good location, easy check in/out, bed was comfortable, everything provided that you would need

Smell of weed in the hallway, property could of been cleaned a bit deeper, lots of dirt and hair on the floor

An amazing apartment with all the necessary facility requirements to ensure a perfect stay. This having an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, with a nice large refrigerator. Hair dryer, iron and board and large fan if required also available. This room for self catering was perfect for space, for living standards, with a very relaxing arranged theme, with very bright modern decor. The shower was perfect and was the modern flat screen TV. This area of Clifton on the main street, perfect for food shops and cafes. I recommend this apartment for quality and cost! The customer services via phone, were highly trained and efficient to make the access to the building smooth and worry free.

Not much to dislike in all fairness. Only some slight repair required for the shower head connection.

Great location for visiting daughter living in Clifton. Comfortable bed, decent TV, good kitchen, nice shower. Workspace downstairs if needed, along with laundry facilities.

Groups of people arriving back up to 4 am in the morning, making a lot of noise. This meant only 4 hours sleep before having to get up at 8 am. This is in no way the fault of the apartment (maybe when staying in a big city, it should be expected). The automatic light just outside of the bathroom, along with the automatic noisy bathroom fan that both stay on for a couple of minutes following a visit, mean that if one of you visit the loo, there is no chance of partner staying asleep.

Based on a number of concerns raised by previous reviews, we were a bit wary but the apartment satisfied our needs for a one night stop. The rooms was clean, centrally located and easily accessible through the instructions given. It was a great space, quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. We managed to get building parking as well included in the price. I would recommend the place for a stopover in Bristol.

There could have been a few additional touches like a rug, a welcome note, a box of tissues, the soap dispenser needs some attention, the fan needed to be used but it hadn't been cleaned at all and was dusty.

Great to have the option of parking in this area of Bristol. There are 6 spaces which are allocated on a first come first served basis, but I was lucky enough to get one on a Sunday evening. Responsive for a last minute booking too.

The check in process online was quite lengthy and was a bit frustrating to upload documents when booking with reduced mobile coverage and no wifi! But of course understand it's required for security of all guests who are checking into an apartment hotel at more central location.

The rest was good, and the bed was amazingly comfortable with good linen. Heating, it takes a little to get used to,but no issues. Accommodation provided some good coffee bags , tea milk, and sweets,more than welcome. Wi fi good. Location couldn't be better. Parking, I was lucky to get a space every day;) Great for shorter stays.

Not much,not to like,however the smell in the room was a bit too strong,could not find the source and it didn't dissappear even after opening the window. I do not cook.

Stunning location walking fabulous around village, suspension bridge,great choice of cafes etc. it had car parking was on a bus route to middle of city so no expensive parking fees or finding a park. The studio unit was spacious tasteful and everything we needed kitchen wise comfortable bed , property management/ host easily available for anything we need and was dealt with. We have travelled for a month and this was 2nd best place we have stayed in on bettered by a place that did amazing breakfast

Just a couple of things the cleaners missed but nit picking

Excellent room in a lovely area of Bristol. Secure parking on-site and easy access to both the building and our room via codes given via messages. I didn't get to make use of the free work-space they offered on the ground floor, but I did take a glance at it from outside and was quite impressed with how it looked and could tell I'd be comfortable if I had to do any work on a laptop or otherwise there. Room was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. Lifts are available for easy transport to your floor.

Annoyingly, the extra lamps and the TV in the room were not plugged in when we entered the room, and we had to plug them in ourselves; not quite sure why this was the case but it is a minor discomfort and I'd still book again. The sofa bed was a tad confusing to open up, but nothing a bit of trial and error doesn't solve.

Excellent position in Clifton , close to restaurant/bars and easy access to city centre ( bus stop 1min away . Apartment was very clean , the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need , inc microwave. Free laundry was an added bonus even provided powder. We ran out of shower gel and emailed , we had a phone call and it was sorted exceptionally quickly . Would absolutely recommend and will make this our go to place in Clifton as we are frequent visitors

Bit of a difficulty with a change of apartment due to an email I hadn't received. It was sent a day beforehand but didn't arrive on my phone. We tried checking into original given room with key code & there was other people's stuff all over the room so we initially thought we had been double booked. No response to us from phone call nor from WhatsApp meaasage nor to the cleaner whose help we enlisted. Just unfortunate that emails don't fet pushed to my phone & concern that we had a key code to someone else's room that worked! However no other problems.
