Really great room for the price, had tea and coffee and biscuits waiting for us. Comfortable bed and warm room. Toilet was shared but just one door down from our room, no issues.

The key to get in to the building's front door is the same key to get into the room, and that makes me think they are all the same key and lock, meaning anyone staying there has access to all doors. Was a little worrying that anyone else staying there could just unlock the doors with their key if they wanted to - obviously this didn't happen but I wanted to bring it up as a potential future security issue.

The property was really handy for Ashton Gate Stadium, as we were there early we were able to leave our car on site which was a huge help as parking is really difficult around this area so just be aware that although it says street parking you can only pay for max 3 hours. Staff I met were really friendly and accommodating and the property is very clean.

We really liked the home-from-home feeling we got from Clift Guest House, it was like staying at a friend's house. We were greeted by a lovely guy who showed us where everything was and made sure we had our key etc. The room was on the snug side, but it suited us just fine, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits were much appreciated. Our room had a mini fridge and a wash basin which was really handy. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book again if we come up to Bristol again.

The only downside was the distance from town as it's a 40(ish) min walk into the city centre, so we relied on Ubers quite a bit to get in and out, but on the flip side being further out meant less city noise, so it's 6 of on and half a dozen of another really. We personally were grateful to have gotten decent uninterrupted sleep, but we did spend a lot of time walking/ubering lol.

The staff was responsive, my queries were answered quite promptly. i was met with a staff on arrival and he showed me around the explained to me the facilities.

The room was smaller than i thought, for a room for 3 people, it's tight as we can hardly find space to put our luggage. One of the shower in the bathroom was not working, so we had to queue up for bathroom in the morning

The location was ideal for me as it was just around the corner of ashton gate stadium which is where I was going to see take that, the room wasn't very big but it was suitable for me. Staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Definitely not a place for solo female travelers or family with small kids as I found the front door constantly unlock. However everyone inside was super sweet but ik that can be a consurn

Second time staying here and will definitely be booking it again next year. Location is perfect for an event I attend and the rooms/bathroom/shower areas are always clean. Bedding and towels, soft clean and fresh. Always a friendly meeting by the staff. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed - though small - has a magic mattress. Laid down, out like a light. And I'm usually insomnic! Water pressure seems a bit low but that might be utility company issue.

Very close to Aston gate stadium and the Cumberland Basin and Marina.Staff member was very helpful and available if needed The room was small but ideal for one person .Very nice en suite with shower cubicle and toiletries and towels.Their were tea /coffee and biscuits available in the room and their was a brow onto the rear garden.I also appreciated the large flat screen tv which you could watch from the bed with streaming channels available.

I felt that the bed was slightly uncomfortable but I had a good nights sleep with no noise from fellow guests

The property was clean- even the communal bathroom and shower was very clean. The male receptionist was friendly. The room we had was spacious and there was no noise disturbance. Uber into the city center is about £11-£16 so not too expensive.
