Location was great for where we wanted to be. Central and within walking distance of the city centre. Apartment was relatively large and comfortable.

Some of the fixtures and fittings look old and worn. The shower head in one of the bathrooms had a crack and when the shower was turned on water sprayed everywhere. Managed to turn the head to redirect the water back into the bath. There was an alarm in the ground floor lobby that kept ringing the day we checked in and was still ringing when we check out 4 days later! Finally the lift broke down. Panicked cos I had elderly parents with me - the night we discovered it was when my mum had to climb the stairs up to the fourth floor where our flat was located. Management would only get in on Monday morning when we had to check out. Fortunately we were told of another lift and we were saved!

:) • Central location right across the way from the bus and coach station with a Tesco only one minute down the road. • Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a few days stay. • Great communication with host who came to look at a problem we had with the water faucet in the kitchen only half an hour after reporting it. • Secure entry system with clear instructions provided for check-in. • Hot shower with good water pressure.

:( • For the price, a little bottle of antibacterial hand soap in the bathroom was expected but instead we were given one of those cheap, tiny soap bars you get in low rated hotels. • No warning that there's currently a lot of noisy construction going on at the adjacent building. It's completely covered in scaffolding and the workers get off to a very loud start at 9am. Looks like it'll be that way for months so just be warned! • Lots of light gets into the bedroom early but obviously we understand that blinds can't be installed on these types of fully-opening windows.

I contacted the hosts and paid extra for an allocated parking space in the secure underground parking. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the apartment and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. A great place to stay for a week long work trip - close to the city centre, a bath for relaxing after long days and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking healthy meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.

You have to collect the keys before you're able to access the car park which is a bit tricky as a solo traveller. There is however on street parking around the building which is 50p for 10 minutes so it is do-able, just a little inconvenient.

Clean, well appointed and roomy. Everything worked and getting in was easier than expected. The locale is a bit run down but inside was good.

I think the parking is very expensive considering it’s under the block and it would be good if the car could be left beyond the rather early leaving time (10 am), we had to wait around for a meeting… we could have extended the stay but it cost quite a bit by the hour. Would have been 10/10 with a 12 noon leaving time and cheaper parking, or having it included.

The property location is excellent and there is a tesco in 1 min walking distance, subway is just below the apartment, cleanliness is very good, all amenities are provided. Instructions are very clear to get into the property and collect keys. The parking is also convenient and I would encourage to opt for parking if anyone is travelling through car(£18 per day). The apartment is super cozy, We enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly - easily contactable and responded to all questions. Great location and spacious apartments with a lot of amenities - photos reflect actual conditions of apartments. Clear instructions on how to get keys. Guest information in apartments included info on activities & restaurant options.

The hot water ran out after 2 showers - probably due to the water system in place and not the actual apartment's fault but good to note. There seemed to be a party on Friday night which lasted a while and could be heard in 4th floor apartment leading to disturbed sleep One of the rooms on 2nd floor apartment had a squeaky bed

Beautiful, spacious and had all the basic amenities you'd need for a weekend. Plenty of space for 2 or 3 friends.

The WiFi code given didn't work, which wasn't a big deal to us but if you were dependent on it you'd have to contact the landlord. The double bed was a firm memory foam mattress which my friend didn't like. The single bed was a spring mattress which I had no problems with. Personal preference at the end of the day, but both were made, clean and well presented.

It is very spacious and clean felt like a home away from home had everything we needed for the stay tge beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

The heating was a bit confusing you needed to read the full manual and there were different radiators in different rooms so you needed to read for all of them, simplified instructions would have been handy but was fine once you got the hang of it.

Very clean apartment, kitchen well stocked with cookware and things like washing up liquid, washing machine pods, etc. Fridge freezer was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable and wardrobe had plenty of hangers and space for clothes. Bathroom was very clean. Shop just down the road, very convenient. Parking provision was suitable, although did have to park elsewhere to collect and return access fob. Overall a very nice, well stocked, nicely decorated apartment.

Hot water was off for one night when we tried to have a bath/shower but was back the following day so no big deal. A removable shower head would be nice. Location can be a bit scary at night, we did go longer ways into town in the evening to avoid dodgy underpasses etc. Had to park elsewhere when arriving and leaving to collect and return access fob, perhaps a keycode would be better for access to car park.

Friendly host. Very responsive to the customer queries. Sent us a video of the way to the lock box. Very clean apartment. Facilities within were satisfactory with everything in working order. A comfortable and delightful stay.

The corridors leading to the apartment had a damp smell and the corridor carpets appeared old and worn out. Door shutting and opening by the nearby apartments could be heard in the middle of the night!
