Nice modern hotel with its own theme and great staff. Bar, Restaurant and reception area is really nice. Nice cocktails at the bar. Room was good too. Good location as it’s in town and opposite the shopping centre and cinema etc

On booking.com it says this hotel has parking but it doesn’t. You can park in the shopping centre carpark which is across the road and a 5 minute walk. Then the hotel gives you a 30% reduction on the parking cost. But that is not onsite parking as implied in the hotel review. Also beware of the really thin toilet roll 😉

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar food is excellent, fresh handmade pizzas were the best I’ve had! Drinks are expensive though. Bedroom is well appointed, not large, but comfortable and more than adequate for short stays. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The urban chic/modern industrial design style is minimalist but clean and fresh. Aircon was very good. Comfy bed, double glazing and sound proofing meant the room was very quiet.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but other than that, all was excellent.

We stayed 1 night in the Moxy and needed to be close to the centre for the Registry Office as well as the pub later for our Daughter's wedding. The location was excellent for these events. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this country. The cooked food was hot and fresh and there was yoghurt and fruit for me. The staff we very helpful such as providing us with a trolley to bring our luggage into the hotel

It is challenging getting from the entrance into the parking opposite because it is across 4 lanes of traffic! You just have to pretend you are in London! Also there is substantial scaffolding on the exterior of the hotel which detracts a little.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, we had come after our holiday was cancelled on my partners birthday so we’re feeling down, the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel special!

We couldn’t get the room to cool down at all, it wasn’t too bad, but the air conditioning did not seem to change the temp and the panel stayed on 24.5 degrees the whole time we were there, despite us setting to 16 to try and cool down, there were buildings works going on outside the hotel which is no problem, but it meant we had the curtains closed a lot due to work men walking past our window constantly, it didn’t feel too private, but maintenance can’t be helped

Absolutely loved this hotel! It gave off a cool, energetic vibe—felt a lot like staying at a Hard Rock Hotel. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful—they even arranged a taxi for me to get to my day trip pickup point.

It was difficult to locate the hotel due to ongoing exterior renovations. The entire building is covered in scaffolding, with no visible signage. The management should consider asking the contractor to put up a clear "MOXY BRISTOL" sign to help guests find the entrance more easily.

The hotel is situated just outside Cabot Circus shopping centre. It is a 20 min walk from most attractions and places we wanted to visit. The staff here are great. Very helpful and polite. There is a football table and a photo booth in the bar area and plenty of places to relax. They also have a gym you can use. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It feels safe here too. We had a weekend break here.

Unfortunately the hotel is having work done at the moment and there is scaffolding up . Workmen start work at about 8 am, but it won't stop us coming back again for another visit.

We stayed at the back of the hotel away from the main road and you would have thought you were staying in the quiet countryside as it was completely silent. We heard nothing from the outside or from other guests. Breakfast was fantastic. There was a fantastic selection of fruit, nuts and seeds which I love with some greek yoghurt. The staff were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in how your day was. Location was also great. 10 mins walk from the bus station and 5 mins to the shopping centre.

I really couldn't fault our stay at all

This is a funky, laid back hotel. Reception/bar area feels really welcoming and relaxed. Our room (Queen) was perfect for our ends - not massive but not tiny either and had everything required for a 2 night stay. Very quiet too - our 5th floor room was at the rear of the building. Breakfast was excellent - buffet style, but everything you could ever want was available and fresh. Staff were around if you wanted anything extra, eg, decaf coffee. The staff were lovely - really friendly and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Bristol in recent years and this is the best overall experience so far.

The location isn't the prettiest - on the main road out of Bristol - but it's pretty good for getting to wherever you want to go in Bristol. Walking is best as parking in Bristol is generally a nightmare. Parking isn't totally ideal - it's in the Cabot Circus Car Park over the road from the hotel, but we didn't have much luggage so it wasn't a major issue to carry it to the hotel. There's a 30% discount on parking for hotel residents - just get your ticket validated at reception before collecting your car. One of the two lifts wasn't working all weekend but it didn't really impact too much.

Modern hotel, our room was refurbished, clean, quiet, spacious, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet very nice, variety of salty and sweet dishes, all usual hot and cold drinks. Good location, city center reachable by foot. Overall very good price-performance ratio.

Just two minor issues: Low temperature due to running A/C in the lobby hall where the breakfast was served. Some of the tables were left uncleaned after guests finished their breakfast, more frequent cleaning is recommended.

Excellent position, very comfortable and stilysh rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. Nice vibe, and good value for money. Highly reccomended.

The venues lists "Parking" under facilities. I am sorry to say that this is a little deceitful. The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, you will have to park across the road in a covered parking lot. The hotel does offer a 30% discount on the parking fees. The parking costs £20 for 24h.
