Room was spacious and very clean with excellent Wi-Fi.

No water in the room and for the price I would have expected that. It didn't help that it was one of the hottest days of the summer. Breakfast was a little bit pricey so swerved that and went to Wetherspoons which is only a few minutes walk away.

Huge room, perfect location and friendly staff. Right next to Bristol temple meads station and local cafes.

The tap in the bathroom smelled and we didn’t get much privacy if we opened the bedroom curtain as there there work office windows directly opposite where people could just look in (it would be good if there were privacy blinds as well as curtains so we could let in some daylight without being fully visible to everyone in the opposite building) but really overall these are small details and we really did have a brilliant stay.

The hotel is just 5 min from the Bristol Temple Meads station and 20 minutes from the city centre. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was excellent! The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot options.

The room although spacious was kind of a bit strangely planned and equipped. For instance that was the first hotel EVER that dodn't have a plug or a usb beside the bed! And the whole space could be used in a much more efficient way. But nevertheless it is a good value for money and a grest place to stay for a few nights.

Great location for Temple Meads train station and the Marble Factory (venue) for gig we were attending. Added bonus caught the water bus from Temple pier along to City Centre for some dining and drinking enjoyment. Hotel was very clean, quiet and good breakfast.

My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Good selection of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. Hours to eat were also suitable for my needs as an early riser. Very nice and helpful staff and extremely easy and fast check in /check out.

The view from my room was quite bad, since there was an office building opposite of the street. Had to close the curtains when I was in the room because otherwise the people working could watch me. And in the night there was still a light on in the office building, so never really dark. On my last morning the breakfast area floor was a little dirty with breadcrumbs from the night/day before.

My only problem was finding the hotel! Only a 2-mil Ute walk but it took me 20 minutes to find it, so clean instructions from the train station would have been useful. ‘Go out of the front of the station and TURN RIGHT. Don’t go straight ahead! Leave by the Temple Gate exit and turn go through the car park and turn right again. The pedestrian path takes you over the river. Go straight across the road and the Ibis is in the road in front of you’

The hotel is located in a quiet and clean area close to the centre of Bristol. The train and bus stations, Castle Park and some attractions are nearby. The hotel was clean, modern and looked very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. :) The room exceeded our expectations. It was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and cosy. We were very satisfied and we would recommend this hotel to others.

We missed a fridge, or at least a mini-bar. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Rather distant from the town centre. Cups too small. Spoons were wood Finally on arrival the hotel was totally covered in scaffolding. On the next to last day we were told that external repairs / maintainance was being carried out with an early morning start. We was at that point told we could move to a room that would be less affected by the noise of repair. Too late for us to pack up and move rooms. Apart from that a decent stay. Curtains kept falling down from their velcro fastenings.

I had a short overnight stay in between a late night flight and a train home the next morning. My flight was delayed and so I arrived after 1am but check in was quick and easy and the staff member on duty was pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable if a little basic, but the bed was comfortable which was all that I was concerned about! The bathroom was like stepping into a caravan bathroom which was a little strange but the shower worked well. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options and so I had a very good meal before my train home. Access to the railway station was a very simple and quick couple of minutes walk away.
