Very good location for our purpose. Excellent shower. Very good breakfast with plenty available. Evening meals were pretty good at reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we booked in the room we were allocated was not suitable. The bathroom door opened with about 2 inches clearance, making it impossible to get into it without stepping into the shower. With my wife being disabled this was not suitable. Also the kettle had stains or rust down the outside and was stained inside, as if someone had tried making coffee in it. We changed to a second room which was much better except the cold water kept going off intermittently which was awkward when trying to take medication. We had to fill a bottle of water to keep on standby for this. We did report this twice and was told it was a problem with the water pressure.

the Location is great for Bristol or travelling on the motorway network, easy to get away in the morning. My room was large.

Evening Meal was limited, but it tasted good when it arrived.

We booked last minute and arrived around 20minutes after placing the booking, while driving - when we arrived we were welcomed by 2 chatty staff, who were absolutely lovely - making conversation and letting us know about breakfast etc - really welcoming. Room was on the ground floor, really spacious, clean and had everything you could need in the room - toiletries, iron, tea & coffee, hair dryer etc - they also advertised if you had forgotten anything to let reception know as they keep a stock of extra toiletries at reception - brilliant! Super comfortable bed, and a room that was absolutely silent - we had a fantastic sleep! The next morning we needed to get up and on the road - showered (great shower) breakfast is help yourself with a great variety. Quick breakfast and back on the road. The hotel is really funky - loads of quirky pictures to look at while having a drink/ breakfast - not your boring mundane decor here! loved it! We were down in the area buying a vehicle - so to be honest we probably won’t be back - but I would 110% recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

Our room was described as a 'cozy double' and there was plenty of room. It was a very quiet room at the back of the building - no real view but a very comfortable bed. A/C was not working (I don't think it had been fully fitted) but there was an oscillating fan. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were very friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Nice bar/dining area and plenty of free parking. Ideally located for what we had planned.

We could have used a second chair in the room - there was plenty of space to put one and the room would definitely benefit from having a full length mirror. There was plenty of wall space by the bathroom door to put one so we couldn't understand why none was installed. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it was too high for me (bring a short house!!). Not a bad choice at breakfast, whilst there was a little fresh fruit - apples & bananas, but there was no fruit salad to have with some yoghurt.

The beds are comfy the staff are amazing and very helpful, I'm vegetarian and they have a fantastic choice of vegetarian dishes, I choses a veggie Currie but unfortunately a chicken one came out, but this was corrected straight away, the staff could not apologize enough, my husband who eats meat had a rib and wings combo with chips slaw and side salad, and he said it was absolutely beautiful, the meat fell off the bones, we are definitely coming back, fingers crossed for next month. Thank you to all the staff, our stay was fantastic.

As we sat down having our meal there was two gentlemen who had clearly been drinking, the language from them and the very loud argument they had was very uncomfortable, and there was young children in the dinning/ lounge area.

We stayed in a small double for 2 nights. The lady on checkin was very polite....as were all staff members that we came across. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was lovely and suited us. We didn't have a view as such....room 225 which looked out onto another building and the building next door but that did not matter to us. The bed was comfy and the sheets clean. The shower was powerful and hot. The hotel felt very relaxed and I would have been happy there as a solo traveller, even though I wasn't on this occasion. We have booked to visit again in October.

Love the location as it’s where my home village. Stay here when visiting family. The bar,reception area is lovely, very relaxing and friendly. Staff here are always super friendly and helpful.

Room was a type I’ve never stayed in before, I don’t like a double bed up against a wall, difficult to get in and out, quite a small room I will definitely check next time to make sure it’s a double bed side. Bathroom was a bit grubby, not the loo or basin, Floor was dusty and marked, bathroom door was also stained with drips. First time we have had an issue with a room here so it’s not the normal situation. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choices, hot food was a disappointment as it had either gone soggy cold or a little hard. But if you like cereal, toast, fruit etc it was excellent. I will return as its so convenient and brilliant location.

I've spent the last couple of months trying to find a quality place to stay for work within 20 mins of my site. Finally, I've found it. ...!! Good parking, nice bar area, food is pretty good and reasonably priced. The room was large and comfortable. Self-service breakfast is good with a wide selection.and the staff are 1st class.... everyone was welcoming and friendly. 24 hr reception and food available. Sky TV in the lounge. Asked for a quiet room away from the stairs so I didn't hear everyone coming in and out all evening. They accommodated that request upon check-in without me having to mention it. The friendliest staff I've encountered anywhere and couldn't do enough for me. I will most definitely be back....

The only VERY small issue i had was when I finished showering and the water stopped running, my bathroom had the smell of drains for a few minutes... It didn't last long and didn't overly affect my stay, but was a little disappointing. Also, early morning each day, there was a knocking or banging noise from either outside or down the corridor.. almost as if someone emptying the bins outside. That said, I won't let it put me off stsying again.... I'll just ask for a room in a different location.!!

Had a fantastic stay at the newly refurbished almondsbury inn and lounge previously known as the almondsbury interchange hotel. I booked a double delux room withy two king sized beds, plenty space to walk around both bed and even space for table and chairs. Very comforytable and clean. Had a minor issue with the first room we were given, however the manager was very helpful and got us moved to a new room within 10 minutes. Beds were very comfortable with four pillows per bed and extra towels and pillows available on request. Bathroom was immaculate with both a rainshower and powershower head in the shower. Breakfast was fantastic with a buffet of both hot and cold food, well worth it. As someone with food allergies I often struggle with buffet-style breakfasts, however the chef was amazing and explained what allergens were contained in which items and offered to cook me fresh whatever I wanted for breakfast. Gluten free bread, cereals, and a vareity of dairy free milks were also available on request. Overall we had a lovely stay and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend - free parking and dog freindly too!

The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredible staff—welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the team that truly made the experience memorable

The only downside was that someone in the neighboring room was smoking weed, which made my initial stay uncomfortable. However, the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving me to a new room and even offering complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. Their response really turned the situation around
