I only stayed one night, and checked in late and left early for a flight, so can't comment on breakfast, or what to do, or on the pub downstairs (unfortunately as it looked a nice place for a couple of pints). However i'd been at a funeral that day, and had travelled a fair bit and was waylaid, and the staff were very kind and supportive to ensure I got a bed for the night, beyond what was reasonable, and were understanding of the circumstances. For that reason I can only score them very highly and say a massive overdue thank you (this was a few weeks ago by now). Location ideal for airport, bus stop outside as well between there and city centre. Is just about walkable if body capable to the airport too, about 30 to 35 mins. Also remember the night was particularly hot when stayed - and the air con worked with no issues.
nothing for me, but accept i didn't stay long enough.

Breakfast was delicious, as was our evening meal , both meals were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a sofa and plenty of storage for a short stay. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely garden. Parking was easy and free. The pub is very conveniently located for Bristol, Somerset and Bristol Airport.
There was some litter in a corner of the beer garden which needed picking up. However, it was a hot day and staff were busy. Maybe they could designate a junior member of staff to do a litter pick each day. However, the garden was really attractive and we found somewhere else to sit and enjoy drinks in the sunshine.

Beautiful old pub with converted stables into guest rooms. Well maintained clean and very comfortable indeed. Staff team were absolutely excellent throughout our short stay
The only thing I didn’t like was the green fire escape light above the door in the room which shone very brightly all night and could be seen directly from the bed. I understand that this needs to be there for safety reasons but it did disturb my sleep. I should’ve packed my eye sleep mask. This could be easily rectified by moving the layout of the room and moving the bed to the window end of the room so that the green fire escape light doesn’t shine directly on to the bed.

On Arrival we were very happy to see all the staff that were very welcoming and warm! It was a great start to our holiday - We arrived at around 20:00pm and checked in with ease! We were guided to our to our room and we didn't realize it would be our own private area for the 4 of us, It was amazing, we were in rooms 20 and 21 I believe, out friends were upstairs and me and my partner were down stairs. Our room was more for people with disabilities which I didn't mind as the bathroom and shower was out of this world! The upstairs bedroom was more luxurious and modern but this not a negative ad both rooms served the same purpose and we were all happy! We only stayed for 1 night and we had dinner at a service station so we didn't need any dinner, although it look out of this world and very reasonable, we also had an early start (3:00AM) so we couldn't have any breakfast either So I can't really rate the food but it looks very nice from what I could see. Me and my partner went for a few drinks in the pub area and it was lovely, such a cosey and clean environment. Drink prices weren't too bad I had few San Miguel's and my partner had prosecco and that cam to about 13-14 pounds. The bed was lovely, one of the best night sleeps in ages (even though it was a short one!) But I couldn't fault it. My favorite part had to be the shower. I didn't want to leave! It was beyond perfect. It got us ready for out flight which was the main thing! Check out was easy, All we needed to do was post the key through the door and it was all done! Thank you Fox and Goose, I will be staying again for sure!
Nothing, It was perfect!

We had a delightful stay at this pub. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional throughout. Its location—so close to the airport—was ideal for our needs, offering both convenience and comfort. While the room was fairly basic, it was clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious, and my wife and I will definitely stay here again the next time we’re flying from Bristol.

Very comfortable place to stay. There was quite a big party of us - 8 and the landlady called me the night before to see if we wanted to book a table for dinner which I hadn’t even thought about doing so this was very good. We have stayed here a few times the food and ambience is always good. Have always had a comfortable room and always very quiet even though the room this time faced the main road. There was an issue with our hot water tap in our room but it wasn’t a problem for us for the one night and the landlady was apologetic as it had been recently fixed and asked if I wanted somebody to look at it which I declined as there is a very good shower too.
Everything was good

The welcome of the staff and the fact that the food and beer were good in the pub. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we wanted in the room. We asked for more coffee sachets and were given them. The shower was very good but we could have done with a heated towel rail! The staff were very friendly and served us very well. The breakfast was just enough for us and was delicious. We will stay there again.

Staff and rooms, where excellent
Very disappointed with the food. Run out of quite a few options. The reason being was it was Valentine’s Day the previous day and they got caught by the amount of customers they had previously. They were running out of chips on that night so portions were reduced and our meal was cold. They did however Replace the meals they were satisfactory. However, we had to wait quite some time for the first meal to come over an hour and then another 40 minutes for the second meal to come which is not acceptable really. Bearing in mind we were going to bed early because we had to be up at 4 o’clock in the morning to catch our flight.

On arrival we were signed in quickly & shown our rooms. The rooms were next to each other as requested and were quite comfortable. We booked a table for dinner which was very enjoyable, served quickly and hot. The bar service was also very friendly and efficient. We had breakfast the next morning which was good with cereals & fruit and hot full English Breakfast. Again the food was served hot and was enjoyable
Things were OK.We were near a road so a bit of traffic overnight but nothing to worry us.

Breakfast was excellent, you ordered the night before and everything was there ready for you at the appointed time. Food in the restaurant was very good. The second night we stayed was the Wednesday "curry and drink night" for £12.95 which was excellent value. I had the Beef Madras and the beef was so tender. All the staff were exceptional - helpful & friendly.
