We had a fantastic stay at Hillcroft Accommodation. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and luxurious while still having a homely feel. The heating was on when we got there, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, making us feel comfortable right away. A lovely touch was the sheep greeting us upon arrival—our kids absolutely loved being on the farm, as they adore animals. The check-in process was seamless, with our name on the door, so there was no fuss, which was great after traveling. The location is excellent, very close to Bristol Airport’s Silver Zone, making it convenient for early flights. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of milk and cereal left for breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable, with plenty of cushions, towels, and everything else we needed for a pleasant stay.

The only small improvement we’d suggest is a larger or illuminated sign at the entrance, as we missed the turning in the dark. But other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay again.

As it was dark when we arrived we did miss the turning The road to the accommodation was extremely dark and potholely In the darkness it was very difficult to find our accommodation there was not a name on the door as we were told It was only around 6-7 when we arrived so I feel more lights would have been better for the location to enable us to find the accommodation We were unable to lock the door and we had someone walk in while we were getting ready for bed which was slightly disconcerting This maybe a problem for you because when we were looking for our accommodation a lady came out of her accommodation and was worried because she could not secure her door

Great location, room and facilities were of the highest standard. Parking right by the accommodation. It was a self catering apartment with tea, coffee etc. but it also had a few snacks, cereal etc. for us. They had thought of everything. The parking for the overnight stay was free, I paid extra to leave my car at the location for my week away., it was a reasonable cost and I didn't have to leave my keys, so no risk of my car being used while I was away. It will be my first choice for an overnight stay before I go on holiday in the future. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if I had to be picky then they could have let us know prior to arrival which accommodation we were in, and the signage within the small site could have been better, we took a little while to identify which accommodation we had been allocated.

Stayed here last September and enjoyed the whole experience so re-booked this June. handy for a layover for Bristol Airport before or after our flights. Arrow Cars come recommended and provide shuttles to and from the Airport approx 2 Km away. The lodge was roomy and spacious with a double and 2 single beds. A separate kitchen with plenty of tea coffee, chocolate and handy snack bars for breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay. Would book again but direct to property next time.

Lack of human staff. never seen anyone else except other clients/travellers. Arrow cars booking app is a bit strange as was unable to find Hillcroft as a choice to book the shuttle.

Nice location with calming surroundings. Has animals roaming around and fields. We didn’t explore much as it was too cold that evening but was just what we needed for a sad time saying bye to my partner/babies dad before he was going away back to work again. Nice, clean apartments, don’t hear anything outside from in there. Easy check in and check out as you don’t have to do anything! Had everything set up for my little one when we turned up, cot all set up (most places forget the cot when I arrive which is tiring to go hunt for after a long journey) and even a couple of toys. Under floor heating. We will be back next time.

Was a bit hot but when it’s snowing outside, if I’m complaining that it was a bit hot then I don’t have much to complain about, and was probably us struggling to work it out

The family room with separate kitchen/living room had everything you’d need for a short stay and was comfortable. Despite being so close to Bristol airport the room was quiet and we slept well. It’s <5 mins drive from the Silver Zone parking and only a few more minutes from the airport terminal. The peaceful location and grazing ponies and goat were an added bonus. A really great base for an overnight airport stay.

It would have been good to have a dishcloth and teatowel in the kitchen.

A really lovely apartment with everything a family could want, it's well laid out, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and even called me to tell me that a family member had left their hearing aids behind, which they didn't have to do (kudos to them). There's lost of space for kids to run around and the ponies and pigmy goats are a nice surprise if you're ok with animals near by. The site is very close to Bristol airport and I'd recommend this anyone taking a flight from Bristol and needing a place close to the airport.

The site can be noisy with aircraft movement from Bristol Airport (the complex is about a mile as the crow flies from the airport). Watch out for free roaming goats, particularly if you're not a fan of being butted!

Everything. Spacious sleeping are with comfy beds. A lovely large kitchen area and the outside private decking was great. The perfect setting to get our holiday started.... 7am flight at Bristol the following morning.

The lights outside the window of the sleeping area... could have done with a blackout curtain of the ability to turn it off.... if we were silly and couldn't find the switch then I'll take this comment back, but all the other rooms had their outside lights on too as we left at 3am.

We were self catering but the accommodation had complimentary array of cereals to choose from and good quality tea bags and coffee. Accommodation was tastefully decorated with complimentary bath towels and toiletries. Wonderful relaxing outlook to property, with Shire horses, Shetland ponies, goats and chickens in the fields. Patio and furniture was good standard very comfortable.

Nothing, exceeded all our expectations.

Close proximity to airport. Turn up and settle in ourselves. Catered fully for the family size. Spacious barn with different sleeping options and arrangements.

Earlier check-in so to enjoy the quiet location in the sun and local area - but we only stayed the one night due to travelling to the airport. Potholes on entry caught us out when driving.
