I like the ease of check-in with the lock box. The room was really clean and perfect for what I needed. The folder explained everything very clearly and I like that it had takeaway numbers and taxi's in it even though I didn't have time to use them. It was really close to the airport, which is what I needed with an early start with a 2-year-old.

Maybe the room was too hot on arrival, but that's just a personal choice and was soon cooled down by the aircon. I could hear a fair bit of noise from the next room, which I think was their air-conditioning kicking in every 30 odd minutes, but it wasn't too bad

We were met promptly at the airport by the Tall Pines minibus and the journey there took 5 minutes. The room was fresh and clean and already warm and cosy. Shower and ensuite facilities were spotless and all in order. We had pre- ordered food so went straight to the Club house, ordered a drink and sat down to eat. Food was freshly cooked and the side salads were generous. A quiet evening in as we were travelling the next day. Heard a plane going out about 10 past 7 which suited us as we needed to be back in the airport. Only downside really was.. there was no breakfast until 10am. There was a coffee maker and biscuits so we made do with that until we got back to the airport...this time driven over by Alex the manager who was pleasant and friendly. Would recommend if you need to be at the airport early.. and reasonably priced. Would use again.

As I said above.. it would have been nicer to have breakfast.. even a mini packet of cereal... but I guess then the room would need a small fridge. And it took a while to get them to send the menu so we could pre- order food.

The property lodge was part of the beautiful golf course and had a lovely pub. The property was very clean and had a large shower, comfortable beds and coffee machine for early morning breakfast.

My husband and I went for the first time to this property and saw on the map that it was only 20 mins walk so we decided to walk as the weather was beautiful. We didn’t realised that the road has no pedestrian access and wouldn’t recommend to do so as it is dangerous because cars had to pull on the side to be able to see us. We were lucky there was no traffic and still light during the day .the next morning we decided to take a taxi to the airport which was only 8 mins drive.

Very convenient location for Bristol airport and cost effective parking/shuttle using their own van and Steve the driver, who was both on time and extremely courteous. This alleviated any concerns we had over getting to the airport at 5am. Dinner in the Clubhouse was really good and superb value for money. Rooms are well equipped and the staff all friendly and efficient.

Soundproofing between rooms could have been better - maybe a sign in the rooms reminding guests to keep noise to a minimum and avoid shouting to/at each other would be useful. I am sure we will not be the only guests to have early flights and therefore need an early night’s sleep.

The air conditioning machine and comprehensive instructions to control to minimise the windows being open so close to the airport. (Some are loud) This was perfect. Coffee machine. I didn't see any staff but that was fine, full instructions to get to room. Shower was lovely.

Might advice that there are no pavements when walking from the airport, as I chose to walk instead of asking for a lift, this was ok for me as I am used to country walking, but others with children etc. would be good to know.

The location was perfect for Bristol Airport. It was easy to find and the accommodation was also perfect for our needs. The lodges are comfortable and clean. I had pre- arranged transfers to and from the airport and for my car to remain parked whilst I was away. All went very smoothly. The communication from Tall Pines was clear and precise.

It was all perfect for us.

Excellent location for Bristol airport. it is also possible to use for car parking if flying from the airport at cheaper rate than on airport parking with a taxi transfer arranged. Room was clean and area quiet.

Room decor is a little basic and didn't have a very cosy feel. Beds a little lumpy could do with a replacement mattress. Would have expected a higher level of luxury and/or service such as a restaurant or bar for the price.

Excellently clean and comfortable place. Cosy location. Beds were comfortable but pillows could be a bit firmer, though this is a personal preference. The bathroom was superb. Large and very clean, with good technology.

Maybe it would be good to have a blind to cover the room door windows, as light shone into the room. Though this was not that significant, and overall it was brilliant accommodation. I would stay again.

Location was good for the airport. The lodge was excellent, new, clean, had tv and tea/ coffee facilities. Good lighting in the en-suite, important for putting on makeup.would recommend it.

The pillows were not good, too hard. And the food in the golf club was awful, would definitely not recommend eating there. We had chicken and beef burgers which were so overcooked we couldn’t eat them.

It was comfortable, clean, well equipped and the staff was wonderful! We stayed for 1 night before our departure from Bristol Airport. We were able to get a taxi booked on last minute for our early morning flight, even with our late night arrival, thanks to the clever owner/manager. Bar staff waited for us a bit and gave us a drink at the bar before closing down. We felt very welcome.

Even with it's proximity to the airport, a car is a must. Either rented or taxi. There are no pavements next to the roads, so you can't go to airport by foot. No buses.
