It's really handy to spend a night before an early flight. 2 minutes walk to bus stop to Bristol airport. Fridge and microwave in reception. Very nice shower. TV in room as well as tea and coffee facilities, even a hairdryer. Compact but very efficient. And all squeaky clean. Garage with handy shop across the road.
I arrived very late due to bus from Exeter stuck in traffic. Long gravel stone driveway difficult to wheel my suitcase. Reception dark and empty on my arrival. I was given a 6 number code for my room door but the gadget on the door was only 4 numbers. I couldn't find a telephone number for Bridge Farm anywhere and the lights kept switching off continually plunging me in darkness. Eventually after some frantic running around u and down again, a very kind gentleman guest on the ground floor pointed out the other gadget on the door handle!!!! I nearly slept on the couch in the reception as I was so tired and frustrated! But after all this, now I know the ropes, I will probably stay there again next time I have to catch an early flight from Bristol!

The location and layout of its gardens and rooms, easy access to room key via email, relaxed. No problems with water, no shower leakage into bedroom, roof window is blinded, brightly lit inside or twin wall lighted option, nice colour glowing rope leds outside. Beds comfortable and room clean, kettle, good selection of tea/coffee, non replenishable, hair dryer in draw. Well done , Will definately stay here again when I am close by.
though its a busy road the entrance has a small gate on the side of the entrance, this could be removed to create a wider, easier entry by car/van. little problem with logging into internet, I did find the code in the reception area on the notice board, photocopies needed in garden rooms though : )

I have stayed at the Bridge Farm Guesthouse a good 10 times now while working up in Bristol. The rooms are really comfortable, clean and tidy and as the rooms are cosy you feel like you could be at home as apposed to a hotel. There is always a good supply of tea and coffee which is great. As i work away from home a lot the wifi is great and the parking is good too. The self check in is really easy :) beds are super comfy i've had a great nights sleep. There is also a communal area too with a microwave which is great ! i've really enjoyed staying here its been perfect while working away from home. Its also a ten minute drive to a an aldi, b&m and Burger king. and there is a petrol station across the road. There is no staff to to speak but if i've had an issue there is a number you can ring and i've had a response asap which is amazing and they where very helpful. would recommend :) really good value for money
They have the microwave which is great but it would be amazing if they had some wooden cutlery. As ive thought great a microwave and then realised i have nothing to eat it with I've stayed here a few times so know the turning in point. But at night the sign could be posted more towards the road as when i first started coming here i drove past it a few times as i missed the turning and that's it :).

Very accommodating with the booking made for my son who was going to a football game for his 21st birthday. His feedback was great! Really comfortable and a great location. Really easy for me to direct him to the right room from 200 miles away. Thankyou for sending the door code early - it gave him time to gather himself after a 3.5hr drive.
Not really a dislike but when I asked him about his stay he said “Would have loved to have said thankyou in person in the morning but couldn’t find anyone. Thankyou - will definitely visit again”.

Very simple and easy hassle free, free parking just arrive park your car find your room keys drop from a box after you enter the code, when your stay finishes put the keys back in a lockable box. Kettle with tea and coffee available in your room tv with basic channels. Garage opposite which is open 24hours. Pub/restaurant a stones throw away for evening meals or drinks and breakfast 😀
Only slight issue we found was the bed was a little on the hard side and was showing signs of age, but fine for one night 😀

I liked that the guest house as it offered self-check in as I arrived very late (22h45) and still managed to find my room. I was also able to find fresh milk and water in downstairs fridge which were most appreciated and the room was comfortable and shower was nice and hot!
The bathroom light kept switching off even while I was inside the bathroom - seems the sensitivity/timer on the sensor of that light needs reviewing (Room 10). And I couldn't find the WiFi password in the room and so didn't use the free WiFi. It would be nice if a breakfast option could be offered in future. But these weren't big factors, I only mention them to help provide feedback.

Lots of parking available infront of the building and easy self checking in. The linen and towels were good quality. The WiFi and desk was great to work at. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bathroom a good size with shower and towel drying rack. The coffee station in the room was very well stocked. Across the road there is a Garage with a shop that stays open till late and a microwave with a coffee station in the canteen area with spaces to sit down for a meal. There is an Italian restaurant in walking distance and a pub further along. It was very quiet even with a main road close by. Check out is at 10:30am. Hot water comes on at 5:30 -10:30 and 15:30 - 22:00. Great stay, highly recommended. It's only 10 minutes to the Hengrove Leisure centre.
I was a little cold in the room but chose not to alert management as the rest of my stay was so comfortable and truly exceeded my expectations.

Accommodation was exactly as advertised. Bedding was fresh and pristine clean as well as the towels provided. Tea/Coffee and biscuits also provided which was a nice touch. Appreciated having a small fridge in the room as well. Excellent parking right outside the room.
There was really only one issue and that was the hot water tap in the toilet which didn't work. We didn't have time to speak to anyone about it as we were off out to a concert then straight to bed when we returned so hopefully that will get sorted for the future.

No fuss, self-service & gave me my check in code early when I dodged traffic & arrived quicker than expected. Also, they had fixed / changed the light in the common area so that it worked properly from my previous stay & this was really appreciated.
My only negative was the noisy guests who came in at 1:30am slamming doors & chatting loudly - but not much the venue can do about this really.

This is a great place for contactless check in when arriving very late or early. It’s super clean, has a tea making facility in the room and en suite bathroom. I always stay here when I travel to the airport.
Just a small thing. Getting a heavy suitcase down the driveway is very difficult due to the gravel. A small path at the side that is smooth would really help!
