The location is great, 10/15 min walk back in the main city. The property could probably do with some upgrades, the bathroom was basic and old but all in working order. Bit of a musty smell to the place but overall for a nights stay it was fine. Bed was actually pretty comfortable, pillow flat so would take your own if that’s an option.

The check in process is a little hard work, you have to call a number and then are provided the access code. But did have to phone a few numbers and luckily someone called us back. Again the property could just do with some updates and modernising.

Fabulous location a short walk into the town. The bed was comfortable and room clean. Easy access to property via a phone call once at the front door and parking available on site for a small fee. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tried several times to confirm parking requirements prior to arrival but was unable to make contact via the number booking.com gave me. However, parking was available so this was not a major issue.

The rooms were clean, the bedding was comfortable, the sheets and duvet were spotless, the check-in and check-out were easy, any and all queries were answered over the phone and solutions were provided, plus the heating was great. The toilet was clean. Simple complimentary breakfast in terms of bread, jam, butter, cereal, and fruit. The property is 10 mins walk from the center and 5 mins from the Royal Crescent. If you looking for large spacious classy rooms, with frills, welcome gifts, room service, bells and whistles etc, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for a budget property that has all the basics covered to ensure you get a good night's sleep, you will not be disappointed.

Parking space is available but NOT free. It's Paid parking. £15 for 24 hrs.

Nice location that was an easy walk to the city center. There was a bus stop right outside the gate if that was your desire. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. A continental breakfast was offered and a decent way to start the day.

I missed having a refrigerator in the room when the website said there should have been one so we were unable to keep any leftovers or keep any cold drinks. Personally I'm a larger person and the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze.

The LampPost Villa was ideal for what we needed. The host, Carmine was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout. The room was comfortable and nice and dark (blackout blinds) which was a bonus and meant that our daughter (and us) got a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the location is very central so very convenient for us. Would stay again.

Our stay at the guest house was very pleasant! Checking in was really easy and the house location is very close to the city centre which was really convenient. The host was incredibly nice and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was also lovely with a selection to choose from.

the room is clean, tidy and cozy. the owner was very friendly. he was expecting us when we arrived, helped us to park our car and to visit Roman Bath, etc. He also provided very good continental breakfast though it was not included when I booked the B&B. Due to Covid-19, many B&B do not provide breakfasts now. I would come back in the future.

Room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The manager, Carmine was very friendly and helpful checking our stay was a pleasant one. Location was great. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bath. It seems an expensive city to stay in so I found it very good value!

There are some improvements to be made but it is a work in progress and Carmine has only had the property for a couple of months.
