The location was perfect, the vibe was great, the decor beautiful and a very comfy bed with an assortment of pillows.

The floors were extremely squeaky. I could hear everyone upstairs and around me, walking. The shower had quite a lot of mould up the tiles.

Really friendly welcome and as it was my birthday we were upgraded. We were also offered a glass of prosecco each (4 of us) and while at the bar enjoying this, I was presented with a birthday cupcake which was a really lovely touch. All staff we encountered were pleasant. The room was lovely and the bed comfy. The location was perfect as it's not right in the centre of town but just a short 5-7min walk away from most things including the train station.

Great location, easy MiPermit parking just up the road. Great breakfast options and quality.

It was cold in the room and we were told in the morning we could have adjusted the thermostat but there were no instructions in the room telling us about that. The shower had been left pointing outwards so that when I tried to turn it on from outside the shower by lifting the lever I got blasted full in the face and hair and soaking the floor! Minor inconveniences which wont stop me staying here again.

The hotel was nicely decorated and location was convenient Staff were pleasant got a room upgrade which was a nice touch.

Cleanliness needs to be looked at. The toilet had water smears, needed a good clean in lid hinge, two hairs on bed and the headboard had some sort of grease type of marks. Dust in lamp shades, the room and sheets didn’t smell fresh. We had to pay extra for breakfast which should ideally be included in the price. Other establishments do have it included in the price. I paid £159 for the room £28 breakfast and £14 parking.

My new bride and I were in Bath for our honeymoon; as we were on a budget, we had booked the standard room. The team was very kind to offer us an upgraded room for the special occasion as well as 2 glasses of prosecco at check-in. Additionally, the location was fantastic; getting to walk across the famous Putney Bridge each time we wanted to head into town was special, and Bath is a very walkable city so nothing felt too far away.

This is pretty minor, but there was a green emergency light in our room. I appreciate it is likely a legal requirement, but it was so bright that it kept us awake most nights. Less than ideal when the primary use for the space was for sleep.

We loved how clean and stocked everything was. The rain shower was SO good, especially after a full day of travel. The staff was nice & helpful. The location was great - really close to the baths & lots of shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

The air conditioner wasn't immediately turned on or offered to be turned on upon our arrival. We tried figuring it out until we gave up & called room service only to find out it is turned on by the admin. However, the next day it had turned off again, we called room service and a different staff member told us we had to turn it on. Couldn't figure it out again so we just left it.

I used the hotel as a base and a place to sleep so did not eat or drink in the hotel or have any contact with staff except on arrival and leaving so it is hard to make a comment. Location was excellent for the station and central Bath. The bathroom was large and attractive.

'Cosy' room meant the room and the bed were almost the same width - fine for one but if I had been sharing, it would mean climbing over the other person. A few touches could have given a more luxurious feel - bottle soap and shampoo dispensers ( take your own soap if you are having a bath) - a biscuit and a welcome note with the tea and coffee.

Location. Spaciousness of the suite. Comfortable beds. Staff. Calm environment.

There were a number of areas where paint was chipped away off the walls, and it decreased the appearance and appeal of the room. The walls would really benefit from a touch up. It’s such a simple fix, it made me wonder why it was being put off and what other maintenance was being deferred. The cracked toilet lid was ugly and unexpected given the level of status the hotel was aiming for. The couch was rather uncomfortable.

Property was clean, had an excellent aesthetic. Good mix of modern with the traditional feel. Staff were lovely and you have table service at breakfast which is excellent and it’s all freshly cooked. Staff really can’t do too much for you which is great. You are close to everything which is a massive pro.

Unclear re: Amenities in room. You get a kettle and coffee but apparently you have to ask for more I.e. water! Which isn’t an issue but should be clarified. Air con wasn’t properly working in the room. One of the party had the full English which was delicious. Other had eggs royale which was tasty but eggs over done and muffin not toasted.

Parking, it is £22 per night, we didn't realise this and parked there on arrival to be billed on check in. It was a Sunday and parking on street is free until 8am nearby Also, when you park you MUST be gone by 11am latest, so we have to move the car on check out at 9am and we could have used the free on street parking I would suggest unless money is not an issue AND if you're seeing the city you're happy to move your car by 11am which seems odd as nobody can check in and park until 3pm then find other parking
